Came here to write a review about a lovely lady named Beverly. She helped me with extreme profession and speed. I was very happy with the service I was provided in rectifying a debit issue. What I did not expect was upon arriving at Trustpilot that there is countless other reviews stating the same?! I was having an issue with the payment link so I wasn’t able to pay for my monthly membership meaning the extra charge was applied. I reached out to customer service for assistance and Sophie kindly removed the additional charge. Much appreciated :)

Emailed 2 days ago, of asking support with 12 month agreement which I have entered in May, and never thought that I would be supported by such a high manner and empathy, as my car broke down and then my partners car broke down, started to experience financial difficulties. Then I have been offered 2 months brake to give me chance to sort our cars out, and kindly supported to amend payments and etc.
Lady who assisted me was Isobel, very lovely and helpful. Recommending.
