Some of the parts were missing from the delivery. Two of the shelf ends were missing so not minor parts.

There is no conversation about shed…
There is no conversation about shed delivery and installation - the first delivery date was put in (a date I was away) and I only discovered the date by calling to see when it would be delivered. The email giving the date went to trash and doesn’t contain the word “shed” or “Asgard” so you can’t search email and find it. I asked for a phone call to arrange another date. Same process. No discussion - apparently another email sent - presumably also in trash - I searched before calling - on calling told it has been put in the plan for the 5th November. How do Asgard know anyone will be here.

Hello and thanks for your email. I am sorry if our order confirmation ended up in your SPAM folder. We send them from 'orders@asgardsss.co.uk' with subject 'Order Confirmation from Asgard' . Our order confirmations show an estimated delivery date so our customer's are aware of roughly when your shed should be delivered / installed. I see we sent an email & text message on 11th and 18th September to confirm your installation date but you were away so it's now been planned. We plan dates weeks in advance and send emails & Text messages with this date 14 days prior so you receive 2 weeks notice of our arrival. If this date isn't convenient then there are instructions within the message to allow you to confirm or reject the delivery date we have planned. If you would like to discuss any aspect of your installation kindly contact us at cs@asgardsss.co.uk quoting your order number. With Regards Helen

Our current delivery time link can be found at the top & bottom of the home page. I am sorry if you missed this prior to ordering.
When we are super busy we have to push out delivery out a little bit It’s a difficult balance for us as we are, by far, the industry leader, and so a super popular choice, however there is a physical limit to what we can make and actually deliver per week. Our standard delivery is around 4-5 weeks, but during busy periods it does extend; it's unavoidable (7-8 weeks at the moment). We do overstate the delivery time; we will often deliver sooner if we can.
We will give you a firm date closer the time via an email & SMS. This comes to you 14 days prior. A lot of customers use this time to get a good base down, ready for delivery. I know it can be frustrating, as the Amazon next-day, free delivery way of life is the norm. However, our big USP is, we are a genuine 100% British manufacturer; we design and make it all here, all made to order, then deliver it on our own vehicles.
I’m sure once you take delivery you will be pleased with your choice.

Terrible customer and delivery service find an alternative shed!
Really pleased with the first shed so ordered a second which has still not arrived. For the initial delivery the driver didn't check the route for a low bridge and then wasn't interested in taking a detour to complete our delivery. We were promised a call back for a revised delivery date which never came, we chased this up through a call, never got a call back, just tried again and apparently they are very busy so who knows when it might arrive, the person I spoke to today was friendly and helpful but did not hold out much hope that we would see our shed soon. Its a real shame that the customer service and transportation don't match the quality of the shed.

I cannot apologise enough that your shed is yet to be delivered.
I can see that the alternative route given due to the low bridge had trees with low branches, so our vehicle, would have gotten damaged had the driver gone down this alternative route.
We do ask at time of order if there are any issues that we may encounter upon delivery and can see that none were noted.
Unfortunately, low bridges, narrow lanes & access issues cannot always be predicted, but we do our best to find alternative routes where possible and delaying a delivery is always a last resort. I am sorry.
Please be assured we do not take any pleasure in having to delay a delivery due to these circumstances.
I do apologise that no-one from our delivery team has been in touch. I have sent your review over to our head of transport to find out why this wasn't followed up.
I can see we have a date to transfer the unit down to our warehouse in Bristol so that they can deliver on a smaller vehicle.
My colleague, Tracey, is dealing with this for you and she has confirmed she spoke with you this morning on the phone.

Could do better on shed sizes and bike fit
My comments and rating refer to the booking process because i haven't received the shed yet. Despite the wording of the adverts about how many bikes will fit into a particular size shed when I rang Asgard to cross check on sizing and bike sizes I was told they could not say how many bikes would or should fit in a particular shed despite giving them the bike sizes. I found that very frustrating. These sheds are quite expensive and getting the right size is very important.

Perfect, the Trustpilot follow-up email is all about the ordering process rather than the product, there will be a follow up email about the product a few months after delivery. We initiated this a little while ago as we redesign our website and adopt a new SAP system to manage our manufacturing process. We have been seeking customer opinions on how the ordering process is, our communication, how easy it is to find information etc. We have had loads of feedback, and we have already made changes to the site, its been great.
The unit capacity question is always tricky to answer in a review, (I have done it a few times in other reviews below) – The standard line is Capacity is x* please check the size of your bikes before ordering…. The reason.. We have had a few customers in the past order low units for huge over sized bikes, which has caused upset – and I always have to feedback that I had a single garage in my last house, but I owned a huge Estate Volvo car and I wouldn’t fit – but it was a single car garage on paper, I didn’t check when I bought the car.
It sounds awful, but we always advice the customer just to check the Dimension tab on the product page we have shown overall sizes, aperture, depth everything needed and some examples of bikes stored., then quickly run a tape measure over their bike, just to be sure. That said, top and tailing a bike or swapping the order they are loaded will often get around the issue.

Motorcycle shed build
Communication was spot on.
It arrived on day and time agreed
The delivery driver was great, I had expected a pallett, but it comes in trolleys and the driver took each piece of at a time, placed on drive and put cardboard between each piece, he wouldn't let me help, H&S I guess, but I did the cardboard placement.
So started very good.
Instructions, clearish but watched a few u-tube videos as well.
I believe a review of those would be good, as some stages skipped over a bit, the sealant as example.
And some of the paper instructions were not as the videos.
However got on with it and in the end had a decent build, take your time and have a helping 2nd pair of hands.
Result was a pleasing secure shed for my case motorcycle.
Instructions need a review
Lock is hidden below handle
The doors need something to hold open
But very happy with my purchase and would recommend

Hello and thanks for some fantastic feedback for our Monday morning – A very good spot on the videos, they are kind of general these are easy to build rather than this is how you build.. the reason.... we did the videos a long, long time ago when we were all still young!! At the time are installation guys built the units the way they had always built them, using our first ever iteration of instructions that have been long since replaced, by our IKEA style simplified versions. So yes 100% there is a mismatch. Door stops to hold them open, it’s on our list, I have actually designed my own which is on trial at my house now ready for the windy season! As soon as we prove the idea, we will get that launched, Thanks Andy

Long lead-in time!
I’ve been asked to review Asgard two weeks after ordering so, this is my review for that.
After placing my order, I received my invoice promptly.
However the invoice showed that the delivery wouldn’t be so prompt.
An estimated dispatch date of 2 months later was stated but the it goes on to say that that “is the date we will ship your product(s) into our regional warehouse” so I’m not sure when I’ll eventually have the storage on my drive.
There is no mention of long lead in times on the website and if there had been, perhaps I would’ve ordered earlier in the year rather than having to keep my bike in the house throughout part of the winter months.
I’m sure I’ll be delighted when the storage does turn up and get assembled, and I’ll be able to leave an enhanced review.

Our lead time is around 6 weeks at the moment, a little longer if installation is included, that’s really a logistics thing. Our lead times are driven by demand, we are so busy at the moment its incredible, despite our shiny new 18-wheel truck, we are still right at capacity now. But, (and I appreciate this is no real help to you now), in the last month we have taken on 3 new Despatch staff, a new delivery vehicle and 2 new drivers. We are doing everything we can to keep up with demand, delivery times are reviewed every Monday – As of today we are on approx. 6 weeks. Our issue is we are genuinely the market leader, and everyone wants an Asgard shed, its no longer just the summer, now it’s all year round.
Our delivery times have always been shown at the very top of the website, and if you use the postcode delivery checker that page shows our current lead time as well.

It was very easy from start to finish they did exactly what they said they would , very easy to erect the setup instructions are very basic but I used youtube , the only issue I had was that water got inside but I just run some silicone down the joints and it's been fine since.

Hi really good feedback, thanks - Reference the silicone, we include these on some of the larger units as a belt and braces approach to the roof, generally speaking its not needed but over time joints can open a little , with general bashing and day to day use if they are not quite squeezed up tight when originally built. I would say its always good to do a little extra, just be aware once the silicone is applied, the unit becomes difficulty to pull apart to move, and will require patience to scrape off the silicone. I currently have 2 units myself and never used the silicone, but my very 1st unit was a Gladiator and given my exposed location I used silicone on the roof, but when we move house, I couldn’t get the shed apart, the silicone bonded the panels over the decade it was sat there, so the new owner of the house got a free 18ft Gladiator shed!! arrgh!!
