They aren’t real. They don’t answer emails. Phone doesn’t work. Ordered a month ago with no response. I’m reporting everywhere before they rip off others.

Only a 1 because there are no minus scores. Similar experience. BoGOF and a collectors case. Received over 10 emails requesting order number. 1 watch arrived on time 1 watch and collectors case still owing 4 months later. Customer service Olivia again promised to personally resolve then ghosted. Paid for shipping protection not worth anything. Shame as watch is pretty good but aspiring boardroom brand. Companies around the world would be bankrupt if they had the same people running it as these scammers. DO NOT ENGAGE!

I placed an order on February the 14th and still have not received my order. It has been going on a month already. I feel that I am being frauded. and all the ads producing this watch is a fraud as well. Please prove me wrong

It's too bad you can't give them less than one star shit they not even worth that these guys suck it's a total ripoff it's been over a month & I aint heard nothing everytime I put my info in it says can't find the order they make it seem like the legit but they not don't waste ur time or money bad company will take forever just to even hear anything back beyond pissed off at this point don't buy from the guys

I bought a watch about 2 months ago they had a special going on buy one watch get one free 4999 so I purchased it. I received a package. There was only one watch in there. I emailed them. They told me they saw the error. They will get right back to me send it right out ASAP. I will get a tracking number that was two months ago. If you wanna plan on using these people or calling them or trying to even buy their stuff, don’t do it. I still have not been received my Watch or my money back. I’m not asking for anything free. I just want what I paid for and they’re still not giving it back.

Avoid this company like the plague, they take your money and you never receive your watch. I ordered in November, its now almost February

dont order from this company!!! i purchased form them a few months back, the watches came and we cheaply made but thats not the worst!!! they have been charging my card for recurring orders that i didnt make!!! they keep sending me 1 of the 2 watches that i originally order but doubles... today is the second time they are saying i ordered the same 2 watches again.....

I placed my other before Thanksgiving received 4 of the 7 watches and they tried saying the other were on back order or some bs then customer reply’s with e same message but doesn’t send out the watches

2 of the watches say fashion watch on the label were it suppose to say Arno Beaumont. Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam

Do not order from this company! They do not honor their deals. I received only 1 watch. I was supposed to receive 2 watches and a collector’s box. I have been emailing them about the situation only to be told lies. Been trying before Christmas and nothing has been done. I will never order from them again and I suggest that you don’t as well.

Ffs I wish I had seen these reviews before buying .I have not received the 2 watches and it has been a month already also received an email asking what I thought of them but I've stated I haven't got them so emailed and told them that I haven't got them and have had no email back ....THIS IS A PROPER RUBBISH COMPANY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

One star is way too much. Goods never arrived. False promises on refunding me but nothing has been resolved. Stay very clear of this corrupt company.

Brought a watch for my husband that was at the time buy one get one free and also receive a collectors box as a free gift, neither watches or box arrived its been over 2 months now and still nothing ive emailed 5 times and got no reply to any messages,avoid this company,do not waste your money,they steal ya cash and ignore you after

I am extremely disappointed with Arrno Beaumont and the complete lack of respect for their own commercial agreement. I took advantage of the “buy one, get one free” promotion, which was clearly advertised as including two watches plus a collection box. Instead, I received only one watch.

This is not a small mistake, it feels misleading and unprofessional. I contacted Arrno Beaumont by email and did receive replies, but despite their responses, none of the missing items have been shipped. Advertising one thing and delivering another shows a serious disregard for customers and for basic business integrity.

This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I do not recommend Arrno Beaumont at all.

I didn't what even give these thieves a star. I placed an order in October and only received 1 watch when it was suppose to be two. It took months. I would post on there site every time they posted. However, now I noticed they have been withdrawing 35 dollars from my account without me authorizing. I had to call my bank, file a complaint and cancel my card. These people are thieves, don't order from them.

First of all I was disappointed with your company.i made an order on the 26 of October 2025. My order num is #19123 and my tracking num is YT2530000707289455.uptil now I haven't received my order with is ridiculous for a company like this to do this to costumer.why are you doing this.i need my watch or my money back.i have already spoke to my bank about this.the worst thing is that no matter how many emails you sand no one bother to reply.i have sent more than 4 emails still no reply. So true about all the reviews. Guess what?? Another BOGOF disaster, one arrived, not 2, out of stock apparently for one of them and supposedly emailed to let me know, never did. Waited weeks/months for the second, apparently delivered but not to me, promised a full refund, now ignoring my emails and paying up. Wondering if the FCA might be able to help

If I could I would give them a damn zero I would..Stay away people.
