I like being able to have different clothes each month and try styles I normally don’t wear. I am not always happy with the availability of clothing I favorite. My options are often very limited. Too few full length pants and jeans. Not enough classics.

Love the brands, price, ease of returns however not enough available selection especially in larger sizes.

Armoire has a great system and very fast shipping. I have been enjoying the ability to refresh my wardrobe without buying new pieces. The aspects that could be better are: ability to plan a case before the 1st so I can take more time deciding and more fashion forward clothes. The clothes available are great for work but it would be cool to have more fashionable/brand name clothes to add for spice. Armoire sells itself as a luxury option, but most of the brands are barely accessible luxury levels.

I've really enjoyed using Armoire! It's fun to try new styles without the big expense and cleaning. Also the customer services is exceptional. I love being able to ry on new styles in the Seattle location.

The customer service is outstanding. The clothing is excellent quality. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because too many of the clothes are overly casual, summery with spaghetti straps, and close-fitting. I think they can benefit if they offer more variety that isn't so casual or revealing, which would be better for office-wear in companies that have dress codes.

I dislike how many styles are listed as 'coming soon' and/or are never available. Generally, the selection feels very limited. I also received a damaged item that was unwearable in my last box as well as a forgotten item and when I reached out was told the damaged item couldn't be replaced and the jeans I didn't receive were not available. In general such a great idea but execution is a headache. Needs a lot of work, not sure I'll continue with it. I love the brands and if half the stuff were in stock it would be way more fun.

I see a lot of items I would love to try but they are rarely available.

My experience has been average. It has been difficult to zero in on the right sizes, which has "wasted" a number of months. Given the cost, that has been frustrating.

I love the service of Armoire. It's great getting stylish new clothes every month without being stuck with an over-full closet. It's always helpful to know I can purchase an item if I can't bear to part with it. Customer service has been amazing as well. I had to delay my shipment after submitting my order and they handled it for me quickly.

Armiore offers a wider range of sizes than other subscriptions I have used, however, their app is not well-developed and crashes consistently so I typically manage my account on a web browser. I think it's a good value, just wish navigation was easier.

It was nice to add some new pieces to my wardrobe without commitment. I'm not at my normal weight and didn't want to buy any new clothes. This was a perfect solution.

Style, quality and fit of the clothes is amazing!

I’ve been doing the unlimited rental service for a few months now. The product/service was really good at first, but the novelty and selection starts to dwindle, especially in my size (L/XL). I used the feature to have a stylist select my items a few times, the first 2 were great, got some neat items I probably wouldn’t have picked myself but that looked nice and fit well. The 3rd time the items were way off, the fabrics/styles didn’t fit my body type at all and I couldn’t wear anything from that selection - that was a real bummer. There is definitely room for improvement as far as helping clients find clothes that fit their body shape/size - several times I ordered jeans based on the recommended size and they didn’t fit at all. Similarly, I thought the app would pick up on my style over time based on my reviews, favorite items, things that I kept through more than one cycle or bought but it just seems kind of random - the algorithm is not very sophisticated for the cost of the service.

I will say that customer service has been really good at trying to make things right and they are very responsive. One thing that happened was my case got lost at or on the way to fedex, the weird thing was that after about 7-8 days the app said the items were in my possession but my tracking # showed no movement of the items. I assume there is some kind of rule built in to automatically move items to the “closet” from shipping once the estimated delivery date has passed - definitely recommend linking this to the tracking updates. Anyways I messaged customer service, they fixed my case to remove the items and they went into the history bucket so I was able to place a new swap order (mildly annoying since I had to wait again). About 2 weeks later the package shows up from fedex! Completely unexpected, but it was no big deal I just sent customer service another message and we straightened it out.

The browsing experience could be better, for example there is no color listed for the items and it’s hard to tell from your phone if something is dark green, navy, black, etc.. You also can’t see review/rating of an item when browsing, only from the item page - I wish I could see items that were popular/favorites. Also the app doesn’t seem to differentiate much on seasonally appropriate items, at least not through filtering/selections.

Overall I think the concept is really great, especially for someone that is trying to kind of find their style or explore nice clothing for wearing to work. I decided to join armoire because I had a baby then started a new job in a more professional setting so I needed nice clothes that fit well. For the cost, I would expect the app algorithms to be a bit more advanced and for there to be a better selection of items in my size. I’ve had the unlimited service for a few months now but I feel like I’m not really getting my moneys worth anymore and I’m likely going to switch to the 1x a month plan.
