Super efficient. I did the try before you buy & honestly the service was flawless.
I then decided on which pair of glasses I was going to purchase and again, a faultless service. Will definitely be using them again.

I ordered 4 pairs on the “try at home” scheme. Lovely quality frames but unfortunately none suited me. Very easy to use the website and also great that the service is free. Would definitely look to purchase again in the future

Excellent service. Ordered my frames and then afterwards uploaded my prescription. Glasses came within a week and they were amazing quality and came with anti glare lenses. Very happy with them! Thankyou

I ordered my glasses after doing a home trial. Once I put my order in it only took 6 days for my new glasses to arrive! Great service and will definitely use again!

Average feedback
It is quite hard to see what the frames look like online, but items came really quickly and easy to return. Customer support was also amazing.
Confusing on when to send your prescription though.

Hi Natalie. Thanks for your feedback. The prescription upload is after checkout. This is stated on the welcome letter, on the FAQ section of our website and during ordering. I'll raise this in our next team meeting to see if there are any other ways we can make this clearer.

Excellent service, and a good quality product. Home trial of glasses was very successful. I had two new pairs of glasses within 2 weeks of first being recommend Arlo Wolf by a friend.

I’ve been wearing glasses for over 10…
I’ve been wearing glasses for over 10 years now & I’ve always normally bought my glasses in shop but this time because of the circumstances I thought I’d try online for a change, they’re try before you buy service is amazing and just there general costumer service is amazing to. The glasses are a really good price point to!! :) so pleased with my glasses and I will defiantly be purchasing some more in the future! Thankyou arlo wolf :)

Already want my 3rd and 4th Pair
These guys are FAB! Gorgeous choice of glasses, in fact I was literally spoilt for choice. I wear glasses daily for all purposes and always struggle to find ones that I like, or ones that suit me, so the try before you buy helped so much - and the cost is also so reasonable! I ended up with the Gosling Amber for work and the brooklyn pewter as my dressier pair, they arrived today and I LOVE them. I already have 2 more pairs in ny basket and 2 pairs of prescription sunglsses too, ready to treat myself again! Thanks so much, I would reccomend to anyone x

First ever prescription specs!
These were my first ever pairs of prescription glasses as I've only just been diagnosed with short-sightedness. My friend recommend Arlo Wolf as it would save me money instead of paying for overpriced designer specs. I was so happy with the free trial option which allows you to try the frames at home before purchasing. I'm so happy with the final product - not only can I see much better watching Netflix but I feel cute whilst doing so!
