Complicated problem was fixed
After the website was revised I had an issue with ads popping up on my paid subscription. It must have been difficult to solve, it took some time but Arkadium kept working on it, and kept me up to date as well. It got fixed! All is fine. Thanks!

I do several crossword puzzles almost…
I do several crossword puzzles almost daily and am quite pleased with the selection on Arkadium.
Recently I had a problem printing the puzzles, likely related to my computer (or my use of it), and contacted Arkadium. They responded promptly and after a few emails their guidance solved the problem. Their concern sold me on continuing a subscription.

The screen came back for one day after being a diminished screen for a week or so, you can only play to level 4, this has been going on for over a month, I am about ready to give up on Arkadium as much as I don't want to, so flustrating, love this game

Arkadium support has always been very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Arkadium is a great games website and well worth the time. I have a paid yearly membership (very affordable), but even the free plan is quite worthwhile.

Specific puzzle issue fix
I reported an issue with loading a certain puzzle on a specific date and there was immediate response (computer generated, I'm sure). The issue was resolved within hours of my report. Their team always solves issue as quickly as they can to make the gaming experience mor enjoyable.

Arkadium Games: wonderful site
Arkadium has two ways to play: either paid or “free”. Free means you watch ads periodically. There is a large diversity of game types: word games, card games, puzzle games, jigsaws,etc. You can chat with other players, or just play. Some games you can play against bots. When you run into a problem with the site, your question is answered within 24 hours by non-snooty people who actually help you. I highly recommend recommend Arkadium.

Good games - good service
I have played games on this site for many years, more so since I retired. New games are available regularly, also updates on older ones. In case of any issues, the help service is quick and efficient. I pay a small amount so that I am not bothered by the annoying ads and that is great, too!
