KENDALL & KYLIE COLLECTION images made me cancel my entire order. Just a heads up if it's not obvious enough, highly disturbing. I have an 11 year old that just started to get into your XS clothing. She will never shop at Ardene's again with images like this on your website. Is this suppose to empower young women?

1. Bought a charger, stopped working the next day. Went to the store to exchange refused to exchange or refund or give a store credit and they were extremely rude to me.

2. They were harassing people who were wearing religious cloths and accusing them of theft, just because they "looked" suspicious.

3. Forced pregnant women to use hand sanitizer before entering their store. (Health Canada says no to using hand sanitizer while pregnant).
Visit #1 & #2 were okay, the only thing that lures me into their store is cheap prices, but it is cheap stuff that wears off before you know it...I guess you get what you pay for.
Will avoid as much as I can.
I used to love Ardene and shop allot but one of my recent experiences have changed it all. I shopped from winnipeg, polo park location. They missed one item but billed me. I came home and checked so I gave them a call. I spoke to a their rep and she told me they have new hires so there's a possibility they might have missed, asked me to come back with the receipt. Somehow I was busy with work, gave them a call after a week, they chnged their statement and said we will check and let you know. Next morning got a call saying,"we checked our footage and item was packed" that's it. Why would I lie. I spent 100$ why would I dispute for $12. I didn't want to sound like Karen so let it go. But I will never forget this experience. 😪
I like Ardene because price=quality. They don't sell cheap quality for expensive, i have purchased some skirts for my daughter, she liked it.
Can't even say, a company. A useless bunch of people running this company. They have no customer service or even care about customers. All they want is the $$$ and then insult you after they have taken your money.
They don't even have managers/supervisors to take calls.
Three recent trips and they pants are never in order by size. It’s always a mess. Who manages these places? P.S. what kind of shoe sizes?!?!
My local Ardene has the worst customer service ever. I hate shopping there. The employees will actually walk away from you if you make eye contact and the managers are even worse. I asked her if she could find an item in my size and she straight up said I shouldn’t shop there because QUOTE “not even the plus size will fit you”. I’m a size 14 at every other store, which should be L in their stores. I bought some bikini tops and one is sewed wrong, so the strap is always twisted. Another blouse I bought a few months ago lost 3 buttons while I was buttoning up. The price only reflects the quality of the clothes when they’re on clearance for 70% off.
The staff is very unprofessional, especially this one boy who was extremely rude and had no manners whatsoever. I can’t believe the way I was spoken to and I’m never ever going to shop here again. This experience happened at the Southshore mall and the boy at the entrance should be taught how to greet customers properly.
Very unprofessional staff. I returned an item along with some items for exchange. But they didn't give me the refund.
The next day I went to ask for the refund and they said they'd check the CCTV . It's been 3 weeks and I didn't get a call back.
It's the store in Atwater mall of Montreal.
Ordered a couple of their bathing suits and when I opened the box they sent me dirty, stained pieces. One of the stains was super questionable due to its location. I contacted customer support and sent them pictures - their response was to graciously approve a “return” and charge me 5$. Are you kidding? That’s gross and very bad customer service. Will be returning my entire purchase and never shopping here again.
This clothing store is poor quality where a lot of clothing is very small and tight and a lot of clothes are see through and why would a factory warehouse let half done work on clothes to be shipped off to stores where people are gonna buy this and waste their money and it shrinks as you wash it and dry it and I hang dry everything from here and it still shrinks I just have to through it away. I would say this clothing store is like a dollar store but in a clothes store tho because the quality is so cheap.
Sometimes they have a few nice pieces but their customer service is horrid!!
Many of the locations in my local area have employees that have poor customer service skills. They seem young and immature. I can say this for 3 locations that I used to shop at regularly before the covid outbreak.
The atmosphere is like your back in high school and there are loud teenagers talking to each other about random people that you have no clue about and your just standing there waiting to be dealt with. And if you say excuse me it’s almost like you have bothered them ?!
There is only one location I enjoyEd shopping at so eventually even though it was the furthest from my house I just went there.
Another thing is I purchased an online order about 3 weeks ago which included decorative masks and since i made an order a week later on another site and received the items 2 days later I emailed a request to cancel the order. A week later I got a refund so I thought everything was good since they didn’t notify me of anything by email yet. But a week later I got a confirmation that my packaged shipped and the money was the re deducted from my account again. ??? So my refund was given but then canceled?
The jewellery is cheap too , mostly for one time wear but that’s it. They used to have nice things a few years back but now it’s hit or miss.
i have an ardene in my mall and i go there quite a bit. i’m confused why there are so many bad reviews??? their items are good quality and reasonably priced. i haven’t ordered online or talked to customer service, so i can’t comment on that but the clothes themselves are great.
I have been enjoying to shop online and though the order took a while, everything fit great and was such great value!

Ardeans is my favourite store to shop at they have great prices and the things to buy are cute and trendy they have sizes Xs-XL, a curve line and way more then clothes. On there website it says shipping delays will be a problem for a bit but they make that clear. I love ardeans and this is MY OPINION. I also think it’s ridiculous on how some people don’t get what’s going on with earth right now. Shipping delays are happening for your safety and because so many people are online shopping it’s hard to keep up. If your complaining about a week and a half for shipping online shopping is not for you then. Thank you
It’s been over a month and the items are not even here yet plus one of the items was not in stock even though it was in stock when I ordered it so I’m not even getting everything I ordered. It took them almost 3 weeks just to ship everything out and I’m going on a month and the package still isn’t here. There’s no communication they don’t answer emails they don’t answer phones they don’t answer messages on social media. Do not order from Ardene. Nothing that they sell is worth waiting over a month and not getting any communication with the company. Other companies have claimed that there would be delays and none of them have taken this long. You would think I’m importing something from the other side of the world but it’s literally coming from the same country.
Horrible customer service. Takes 3-4 weeks to ship. They cancel items without telling you. They don’t answer the phone. The number actually says it doesn’t take any calls. Never heard of that! After sending multiple emails that went completely unanswered, I messaged them on facebook. Their answer was « we cancelled items but never explained anything, sorry by the way ». Still was charged. Stock online isn’t updated. LAME. Total waste of time.
The worst company ran by a bunch of jokers.

The worst customer service, sorry no customer service. I placed an order two weeks back, and it is still 'processing'. Calling, there is no answer, emailing states someone will reply in a couple of days. Forget days, no one replies in weeks.
Selfish management know that they will keep making money and don't give a damn about customers or customer service...
Keep its up, won't last for long...
