Thanks a lot for your professionalism and care. I had ingrown toe nail and I was in a lot of pain before going to Arch foot clinic. It is family business, very clean and professional staff and prompt to my needs. They explained everything and the operation been ok. Post operation it was brilliant no infection and they offered to me free dressings and explained to me in details how to do it after they changed the first dressing. They are in touch with you after recovery as well if you needed.

Amazing treatment and amazing staff. My 14 years old had an ingrown toenail and was a bit anxious but Mr Patel has put him at ease by talking to him directly and explaining clearly the treatment. The staff were accommodating, friendly and professionals. Furthermore, our visit was pleasant and educational.

The team are super nice, they are very quick to schedule urgent appointments as well as provide great treatment for my foot. The podiatrist took their time and also paid attention to detail when evaluating and completing the surgery for my foot. I am now able to start running again and would definitely recommend!

A huge thank you to the Arch Foot Clinic. My orthopaedic consultant suggested I see them for my plantar fasciitis and my only regret is that I didn't visit sooner - my heel pain has gone!

I booked in for a gait analysis appointment on a Sunday morning which was very convenient as they are close to the train station. The doc did an in-depth analysis of my foot shape and the way I have got used to walking over the years. She patiently answered my thousand questions and I was very impressed with how she could identify some of my symptoms before I had even mentioned them!

They made an extra effort to have my very snazzy insoles ready manufactured in time for my holiday. Since then, the insoles have been updated as my feet have changed shape and I now get my 10,000 steps in pain-free. Trustworthy, professional and all round exceptional experience. So much so that my partner has been in to see them recently about his knee pain and was equally impressed.

Recommended to have Custom orthotics made here by a friend and it was the best advice I could have had. Varsha the specialist did a thorough assessment and explained the reason for my pain really well with the high tech scanner. The insoles took a few days to get used to but they are comfortable, sturdy and I have noticed a big difference.

My family and I have been visiting Dr. K Patel for many years now and not once have been let down. Always a great experience and I cannot thank you enough for helping me with my plantar fasciitis.
