We purchased a mattress and frame from Archers Auldhouse. Our experience could not have been better and that was because of the salesman Campbell. He could not have been more friendly and if it wasn't for his advice we would have bought something online that wasn't suitable for us. Campbell was very professional and made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend a visit

This was our 2nd visit to the store. We were initially helped by Donna and wanted some thinking time to make a decision. Once we had decided what we wanted, we went back and saw Donna again. On both occasions she was very helpful without being too pushy.

Excellent service
My partner and I were shopping for a new mattress as a replacement for an existing double and we have used Archers a few times in the past. The sales person, Ian did a great job explaining three different options and allowed us plenty of time to decide. He explained the shipping process in depth and my partner and I felt like we were valued customers.
The price was comparable to other retailers and the service, both in store and from the delivery process was excellent.

As I am a disabled pensioner and…
As I am a disabled pensioner and housebound, my daughter and son in law went to the shop for me and video called so I could help in choosing my bed. The assistant was very helpful and answered all our questions, thankyou for making this experience enjoyable

Myself and my partner recently…
Myself and my partner recently purchased a mattress from the clydebank branch from Stuart who couldn’t be anymore helpful.
We originally planned on buying a different mattress from another retailer until we tried the one we bought. Stuart was a great help, not pushy at all, gave us time to think and managed to give us a great deal. Would highly recommend ! Thanks again Stuart.
