Thank you for your feedback Inna. 😀
The service and product is wonderful
The service and product is wonderful. I had an issue with the site though. After selecting the trigger spray bottle and adding it to my cart, I actually received the pump spray bottle. After ringing customer service, I realised that selecting the product is insufficient. The trigger spray bottle and pump spray bottle actually come in different sizes and the desired size needs to be selected.

Hi Helen,
Thank you for your kind words and we’re pleased you liked our product and service. Most of our products have varied sizes available and our site has a drop down selection tool to pick desirable size. We will look into making it more visible for ease of use. Thank you for your feedback
