Aquaglow Waterbeds Omdömen 

The last liner and mattress a double T3500 75% damped has given well over a decade of comfort warmth and great sleep for me and my wife. Last weekend, our cats went under the quilt and went round and round the edges fighting puncturing it ( 3 teenage kittens) we've always had cats! Never had this before though. It was time to renew it. I left a message on the website, Adam called me first thing Monday, everything turned up Tuesday lunchtime, new liner, mattress, conditioner and one of their quilted covers, the cover is top quality. So delighted with the products and service. It's really a pleasure dealing with them.

I have just received a soft sided waterbed and metal frame from Aquaglow and could not be happier. The service I received from ordering to receipt was excellent. There was no problem when I altered my order half way through the process and at all times , advice was readily available. The sales personnel could not have been more helpful when I required advice in assembling the bed. ( I failed to read the instructions!)
I would strongly recommend this company.

Just bought a new mattress, heater and surround from them. Ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday. All well packaged and with everything needed. I made a mistake in the order and they were very helpful, thank you Adam. Would use again

I bought a reconditioned waterbed mattress from Aquaglow Waterbeds in Bamber Bridge, Preston, however when it arrived it was far too big.. I contacted them the same day, repackaged it back in in the same box it had arrived in and sent it straight back and in the process ordered a brand new mattress from them. As they had not fully drained it was expensive to send it back because of the weight..

Like I said as I was on the phone organising the return of the mattress and ordering the new one from them and we were discussing the cost of returning and the price of the new mattress, nothing was mentioned about any additional costs..

However when they refunded me for the mattress that did not fit, they deducted not only the cost of delivering and sending it back which was £35 but they took an additional £10 that they had not told me about and when queried they said it was for the box and the bag they got back and for restocking the mattress.. This is despite their website saying postage and packaging is INCLUDED in the price, so effectively I was charged twice for packaging. This is dishonest behaviour really.

I spoke with them on 3 occasions and they did not mention an additional charge for the packaging that they had already been paid for and that they got back at any time while we were discussing the sale of the new mattress..

Sorry I bought the new mattress from Aquaglow Waterbeds but I was desperate, I certainly will not be buying my new bed with them later in the year. I would recommend using one of the other companies that do waterbeds instead.

I purchased a waterbed mattress from aquaglow. It was okay for a bit but now you can literally feel the base of the bed. All the fibre have moved to the base. I called aquaglow and was advised to push the fibres back up to the top of the bed. We did this and the fibres have moved back down. I then called back and was asked if the bed had been 'emptied and moved' I advised them that i hadn't done this. I was told if this HAD been done then thats what would have caused the fibres to move and for the bed to be damaged. The resolution that was put to me was to empty the bed and send back to them, for them to fill up the bed and check whats wrong. I found this a bit puzzling as i was originally told that if it was moved it would damage it. but now i am being told to empty it, send it back to them. This would mean that its being emptied and moved which surely damage it in transit. The owner was contradicting himself to be honest. No other solution was given or help just 'send the mattress back. Also this would cost around £80-100 to send it back. Not helpful at all. Wouldn't buy from these ever again. Would advise anyone to avoid.
