My experience with Appetency has been a joy. Initially I had a phone interview with Mike where his easy manner came across as he asked precise probing questions. I felt that he was listening and understood what I was looking for. What a breath of fresh air. Mike had an position he felt I would be a good candidate for and suggested we arrange a meeting to discuss it further. Upon meeting Mike and experiencing his professionalism first hand, it gave me the confidence to have him pursue the position on my behalf. The process did take a long time but Mike kept me informed as my application progressed. Mike has excellent followup skills. An offer was made, Mike represented me wonderfully and an agreement was made. I couldn't ask for a better result. It has been a pleasure to meet Mike and I will highly recommend Appetency. I wish them great success for the future

Feedback and Compliments to Appetency Recruitment …
I have dealt with Appetency recruitment for couple of weeks with recruitment manager Nisha who has been very helpful and supporting in my intention to find a suitable role within the Media Industry and I was really impressed with the professionalism and the integrity this recruitment company has displayed in the last few weeks. No doubt in my mind that they will place me into a new and suitable role in the future as they are very supportive and honest in all there dealings and as well as having the respect of every candidate that they deal with. Very impressed to be part of there candidate data base and look forward to dealing with them in the future as well

It is being an exceptional experience working with Appetency Recruitment. They approached me at LinkedIn for a Senior Systems Engineer role in Melbourne. And, carefully matched my profile with a suitable employer. I found their screening process for technical roles is very professional too.
As per my individual experience, Mike and Pavithra been great support too. Both kept me up to date with my job application and informed me about the various stages of recruitment with my current employer.
Appetency recruitment does a wonderful job of matching a right candidate to a right employer. I wish them good luck in their future endeavour.
