Appeal Shading Omdömen

The company was very prompt in response to our question, quickly sorted out the type of blind we needed. Set the whole process in motion.
We were dealt with politely, the fitter Ryan was quick and tidy in fitting the blind ,explaining how it worked, helped with an adjustment of a very good blind we bought from Appeal year ago.
Generally a good company to deal with

Excellent service all the way through from quotation to fitting. Paul C did a great job on the fitting and was tidy and considerate. Would definitely recommend.

The whole process was straightforward and fantastic quality. From choosing what we wanted to the wonderful Dariusz measuring up and fitting - perfect.

The product itself is perfect as it is white on white. The fitter Ryan Marks was prompt, tidy, and helpful

Paul C arrived promptly having texted me with an ETA. Very polite, friendly and informative. Fitted the blinds very nicely.

Extremely satisfied with my conservatory blinds. The whole process from the initial call to fitting was dealt with in a friendly manner. Installation was carried out to a high standard and everything was left clean & tidy. Excellent service - I would recommend Appeal blinds

Excellent service from Paul “C” - a professional, informative & tidy worker. The whole experience with Appeal has been perfect - communication & quality experience from start to finish. We have used Appeal in the past & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Everything about the process of getting this Awning has been seamless. From the initial consultation, when Molly came out to show us what was available for us, to sorting out the order, payment options and finally the fitting by Charles and Tom. The fitters were brilliant and consulted us a number of times during the fitting, to make sure we were happy with what they were doing.
This Awning is German made and the quality far exceeds the older Awning it replaced. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Darius has yet again done a brilliant job on time very professional 👏👍

Smooth process from order to installation. Matt and Andy did an excellent job getting the awnings installed, just in time for a sunny weekend.

We had fly screens installed on windows and a door. Whilst we are very happy with the window screen, we feel we were mis-sold the door screen. During the sales process we made it clear that we were worried our dogs would run through the screen and tear it. We were shown a video of the screen retracting if it was hit. However our door does not do that because it was 'a different specification' to the demo. This was not stated at the time or made clear at any point in the process. To make matters worse we have tried to engage with Appeal to resolve this matter but apart from an initial explanatory email they have refused to reply. Very disappointing customer service as on the whole the product is good quality.

Rachel Giles and Dan Powell were both excellent.
Rachel came out a couple of times to answer our questions and arranged for samples etc Dan who did the survey and install was first class, on time and a very neat worker. Everything set up and explained clearly. We would highly recommend both Rachel and Dan.

Everything was smooth and well managed. The quality is amazing and Ryan the installer was great

Excellent work from Dariusz very quick installation

Darius was very efficient as usual

Had insect screens fitted by this great family run company. Smooth transactions from sales to the completed job.
Fitter, Alan Robinson did a lovely job - even though in our old house, walls etc were not quite straight, so fitting the door screen was not quite straight forward !!
Really pleased that we will be bug-free this summer. Thankyou!

Highly recomended

Excellent service again! 6 years after our previous awning was fitted.
Bev from Sales was excellent. Leon and Glenn were a great team. Very communicative and good workers . Very tidy and took the 4 1/2 hours as stated. Another quality fitting of 2 matching awnings.

Alan R did a great installation of our roof lanterns and window blinds. He worked cleanly and proficiently and explained the remote control mechanism.

Dan did a fantastic job, clean worker, and communicated very clearly throughout. I would recommend him and Appeal 100%.
