Great company
My installer, Julian, did an amazing job installing a door insect screen and a window insect screen.
He was friendly, efficient and professional. I’m very glad I chose this company.
10 out of 10. I definitely recommend.

Trying to connect with the customer…
Trying to connect with the customer "care" team is impossible
As most 1 star reviews say the after sales service doesn`t exist
We have 1 blind not operating, and we just want the service team to come and have a look and give advice
Not to much to ask .

Dear Mr Simm, we are concerned by your comments and want to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. In order to do so we need to find your order details. Unfortunately the contact details that you have submitted don't correspond with an order. Perhaps the order was made in a different name? So that we can locate the correct order please email an order number or the postcode of where the blinds were installed. Our email address is marketing@appealshading.co.uk
Many thanks,

Still having problems with blinds…
Still having problems with blinds fitted back in November 2025 . Company ignoring my recent request to fix the problem. They just post a comment to say “ sorry to hear you are having problems we have passed your enquiry on to our sales team”. I am escalating to Trading Standards now. More like Appalling Shading .

Fantastic fly screens
I have had my fly screens and blinds for several months now so this is my second review. During this time of very hot weather the fly screens in my bedroom under the eaves have really been fantastic. I have had my windows wide open all day and night, and with the blind down too, the bedroom has remained cool at all times and kept all flying creatures out. Thank you to the wonderful team at Appeal Shading
