Appeal Shading Omdömen 

I requested a brochure which didn’t give you any meaningful information on costs and since then I have been bombarded every day - sometimes twice a day with calls - nearly 3 weeks now. I blocked the number and am still getting daily calls titled ‘Network Provider’ that I can’t seem to block. They are a pest of a company.

Thank you for your response I have e mailed in but I don’t think 30 plus calls count as ‘a courtesy call’

A word of caution - Appeal take your money up front and then, in our case, delayed the inspection and "forgot" to place the order with production resulting in another 4 week delay which they admitted was entirely their fault - however they already had two-thirds of our money and refused to even offer token compensation blaming "company policy". It is also "company policy" that although charging premium prices you have to dispose of all packaging. Their staff are clearly not happy with some of these "company policies"!
Product so far is certainly fit for purpose (conservatory blinds and fly screen) but let down by poor customer service attitude.
We can't praise our fitter more highly - very professional and courteous. Thank you Ryan.

Leon and Glenn were quick completing the installation of the awning in about 3½ hours. They were very tidy leaving things as to how I would want. The awning itself from Appeal is very nice and keeps the kitchen cooler during this hot spell that we're experiencing.

Vince our installer arrived ahead of time, introduced himself and unloaded his equipment. He prepared the area below the lantern and started working straight away. He seemed very proficient and worked quickly to install our lantern shade. When he finished he cleaned area and helped me put back the furniture. All in all an excellent service.

We had a number of pleated blinds installed for sliding doors and bifold doors a few years back.

He has just been back to install a lantern blind for a large kitchen skylight.

The service and the banter was just as good as last time. The installation was very quick and he tidied everything up afterwards.

Before leaving Alan checked the existing and new remotes worked and that all phone connections to the hub worked too.

He took time to explain how to use it , change batteries etc and answer any questions .
Everything was left so neat and tidy .. very impressive.

Just had our amazing pleated door screen fitted by Steve.
Setting up a consultation was very easy and Jake was very helpful when he came to show us different options.
Steve then came to do a survey, he arrived promptly and was exceedingly knowledgeable about the whole process.
He returned today to fit the door screen, again he was prompt, friendly and totally professional. The screen itself is beautifully made, fits perfectly and glides easily back and forth. It is so nice to have air flow without the insects moving in!

We recently bought a pleated insect screen for our French doors. All the team have been professional, great communication throughout and the fitter, Colin, was tidy, efficient and respectful of our home. Initially the screen was great and very effective. Unfortunately our dog (a staffie) tried to walk through the screen a few times (maybe he couldn’t see it) but we pulled him back each time. Parts of the screen came off the lower rails and the strings that move the screen in and out sagged. We can’t now fully close the screen. Having spent over £1k we were not prepared to spend another £300 to get it picked up and fixed. It is a great product, but we gave it two stars because if you have pets you need to be aware of the situation and think carefully before purchasing.
