The self paced online learning can have it's challenges, no more but different to face to face learning.

I defiantly went through a few stages of struggle while completing my diploma of emergency healthcare and started feeling like I was being left behind. The saving factor for me was the AMAZING support that all the staff provide either through texting, phone calls and emails. This in itself has made my experience a positive one with APC. Without that support I'm not sure if I would have gotten through my Diploma so Thank you APC!

The course content is relevant and APC provides multiple forums to share idea's ask for help and review the course work.

After completing my Diploma of Emergency Health Care at the Australian Paramedical College, I can confidently say that my time at the college has been exceptional. Choosing to enroll at the college was a fantastic decision. Throughout my academic journey, the trainers and assessors provided tremendous support and expertise, and the student support team was exceptional and very supportive. Not only have I acquired clinical skills and knowledge, but I have also undergone personal growth, increasing my confidence both as an individual and in my clinical capabilities. I am exceedingly proud of my accomplishments at the Australian Paramedical College (APC), as it has expanded my understanding of the pre-hospital healthcare setting. I wholeheartedly recommend APC to friends, family, and anyone interested in pursuing a bachelor's degree in Paramedic Science or seeking job opportunities in the mining sector as an Emergency Services Officer and more.

I've recently completed the Diploma of Emergency Healthcare with APC and could not be more appreciative of the ongoing support from the whole team at APC. The trainers of the workshops were fantastic, the content within the modules was informative and provided a solid foundation from which to explore the subject matter and further my understanding. Lastly, hats off to the student success team, they provided the final push of motivation to get me through the last couple of modules and very much helped me with organising placement and sorting out a few issues as they arose. Cannot thank you all enough!!!

In the ever evolving field of healthcare, the Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) course at Australian Paramedical College stands as a beacon of excellence, the course offered an amazing support of trainers and assessor’s to help out whenever I was stuck, whether this was via phone-call or email. During the workshops both my trainers, Betina and Sophie were absolutely incredible with their training, they provided ongoing encouragement and guidance throughout the workshops, because of this I found the workshops very beneficial, learnt so much from them and can easily retain the knowledge I need out on road!
As an individual whom is just finishing this course now, I am compelled to share my experience, which has profoundly reshaped my perspective on patient care and transportation, this course has not only made me feel ready for the road but has also made me more curious towards a career in healthcare.

The APC trainers are always there to lend a helping hand. APC always has new and exiting experiences and webinars which always have all the information you need to start your APC journey. I highly recommend APC as a staring point to your healthcare career!

My journey with the APC has been incredible. I am currently on my 120hrs clinical placement. I have gained so much knowledge from the day I first clicked open my first module until right now sitting in a sub centre waiting for another call out. The workshops are great fun and more importantly a wealth of information with practical learning and teaching from the highly experienced attending trainers. Not only have I obtained some new knowledge I’ve also gained some fantastic friends that are also on this journey. I highly recommend anyone thinking about it to jump right in and sign up. Thank you APC for the incredible informative learning content/modules, the support and guidance among the way. You are all legends.

Cannot recommend APC enough! The course is easy to navigate and the support from the college is extremely welcoming! Definitely a positive environment to learn new skills!

Very helpful staff and the workshops were well run with trainers who had real life experience and great knowledge.

Be very very careful when considering the APC as the option to go with.
If you pay a deposit and something happens and you cannot continue, it is unlikely you will get a refund, regardless of your personal circumstance.
I know this because they refused to refund my $3000 deposit, even so the course was less than eight weeks in. And this is not including the money I was already paying each week. They don’t care about your personal circumstances. They just want your money.
If you live in Victoria (I don’t know about other states), there are free paramedic tafe courses which deliver the same outcome. Yes free. I would highly recommend going with the free tafe course instead.

I had such an amazing week at workshop 1, Trainers were awesome and the vibe was high and I learnt so much, feeling a lot more confident 👏👏

The trainers were incredible Sophie and Betina the way they worked together main thing good communication, bouncing off eachother aswell as bringing thing down to our/my level to make understanding easier. The connection between the two really set the picture for us and how it’ll should be between my partner and I when on road and tackling any obstacles and problems. Also helped bring out my potentials and confidence in myself these 5 days. Feel like I’m ready to hit the road already haha

What made this experience great was the teachers and they made easy to understand and follow. They were very helpful when you needed extra help.

Soph and B are amazing trainers who listen and take the time show correct technique. Workshop 1 has got the blood pumping to quickly finish the rest of my units to attend workshop 2 and get into the medical field.

Enjoyed the practical side of study i felt comfortable to talk and ask questions even when i was anxious under assessment

Great communication from all staff involved in preparing for workshops as well as the instructors providing good examples and being able to put into practice all the theory work.

Having the opportunity to put and test the skills I have learnt into practice was challenging and enjoyable. Being able to access the equipment helped me to develop a deeper understanding of the course i was studying, preparing me for my career when i graduate.The teachers and APC team are fantastic and helpful.

The Australian Paramedical College has been an incredible opportunity for me to get into a pre-hospital and medical career. I have learned a lot through the course, and have found a great new job in health care I would not have been able to get without APC.
