I just started my diploma of emergency healthcare with APC. It’s one of the best, if not the best private company I have ever studied with. The way they structure the course and amount of support they provide along the way is admirable. You never leave a module confused or worried about not understanding the content , they help with every step you take. APC truly do care about you and your path in life and want to do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. I worried about the financial side of things before I started, as a 19 year old living away from home providing for themself, it scared me how on earth I was meant to pay for the course. Their financial payment plans really put my mind at ease and I honestly just don’t even worry about it anymore, it doesn’t fase me. The enrolment team tell you everything you need to know before you start, they are incredible, they guide and assist you into the first few stages into the course. You’re never alone when studying with APC, couldn’t recommend enough!!

The teachers were so helpful and informative. They made the workshops fun and interactive so you could put all the theory you have learnt into practice.

It was a really fun and enjoyable way to gain the diploma for me. I work as an event medic now and love it!

My journey into the healthcare industry started after serving in the Australian Defence Force and later working with QLD Corrective Services. I was at a point where I was unsure where my career path would lead next. While researching pre-hospital healthcare on Google, I came across APC and the range of courses they offer. The self-paced online learning platform and flexible structure really stood out to me.

At the end of 2024, I decided to take the leap and enrol in the Diploma of Emergency Healthcare. From the beginning, the communication from the administration team has been excellent—always helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.

I have recently completed Workshop One at the main headquarters, and it was a fantastic experience. The trainers brought a wealth of real-world experience and knowledge that made the learning engaging and practical. Their passion for the industry really showed, and they reinforced that choosing APC was the right decision for me. More than that, they helped fuel the motivation I already had to pursue a future career in the pre-hospital healthcare industry.

I’d like to thank the trainers for sharing their life experience and the invaluable lessons they passed on during the workshop. I’m really looking forward to attending Workshop Two and continuing to build my skills as I progress through the course.

I’m excited to continue the journey and build a career in this field.

I am nearing the end of my studies with APC, just finishing off placement and I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity APC has provided me with.
If it wasn’t for the flexible learning style I wouldn’t be where I am today, I am able to work 3 jobs and study at my own pace.

Trainers Mac & Rachel were an absolute wealth of knowledge at Workshop 2 in Perth last week. I walked away with a renewed sense of excitement about finishing my studies and getting out into the real world. Their training methods made it easier to remember what is required to treat each patient and how to approach different scenarios.

Both and practical and online learning has been really helpful. All of the online studies are laid out really well and it really covers just about everything to get you ready for real life scenarios.

Just finished workshop 1 and can not wait for workshop 2! The trainers, Rachel and Mak were absolutely amazing with everything from support and questions to demonstrations and scenarios, all very involved, informative and also entertaining!
The course work is also easy to follow and complete so all up, a brilliant experience!

Found that the workshops brought back the passion I had in the beginning but online learning can be hard but loved going through scenarios it was so fun and really helpful to put theory into practice :)

Great company with great employees.The office staff are very helpful with the units through to placement. The trainers are great and very helpful and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get into prehospital care.

APC are very supportive and I feel excited for my future in healthcare. After finishing workshop 2 my confidence has skyrocketed, and I’ve even secured a job in non-emergency patient transport which will be great experience whilst completing the bachelor of paramedicine. I would not have had the knowledge and/or confidence without APC.

Completing the Cert III in Non‑Emergency Patient Transport with APC was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I studied the Certificate Iv in Health. I am very happy with the Team at APC. I had a few issues along the way and APC were there to support me throughout the course. I have now finished my study's and am grateful for the support I received. It was a great course that certainly had it challenges, but that's what the job you are going to most probably going to move onto will have also. If I could give SIX stars I would.

I enjoyed learning with APC. The student guide helped me broaden my understanding of healthcare and each unit was in depth and informative. I would recommend this to future people wanting to go down this path of the diploma or another scope.

LOVED IT, the study load depends on how much you want to study, the people you meet along the way are friends for LIFE, the networking with real life paramedics and paramedic students really help with the realities of the job.
