Bought one item that I was happy with, but my next order of 2 items arrived today and is disappointing. They were described as ‘floaty’ but I would call them flimsy and the fabric is very heavily creased. I am not somebody who enjoys ironing and I travel a lot so I need clothes that come out of a suitcase looking half decent, so they are going back.

I purchased the Tribe jump suit and it was lovely and had compliments too, but after 2 wears and 2 washes the threading around the bodice starte coming undone in 3 places. I emailed and was told as it was past the 30 day return/refund policy, there was nothing they could do. I feel I bought the product in good faith, but it is obviously not very good quality. Won't be buying again

I was the happiest customer with this company for over a year and bought many things I have liked a a lot ( spent into over 1k level) thought their customer service to be perfect. I actually felt like we’re like a friend( sounds a bit daft I know but their main lady for communication is usually lovely) you can be assured returns are so easy and quick, no debate or games.i have had to return some because they are 1 size and this is to expected . However this time I had waited for an item for a year and bought all the colours I wanted. They warn that measurements are approximate but is 5 inches smaller approximate? I reached out for help in finding some a bigger bigger ( one actually was only 2 inches less than advertised) which I was fine with, but other than nice emojis I was told no they can’t help me. It feels like such a kick in the face. Get your tape measure out when batches arrive before you put out measurements that are 5 inches out! 😞I feel hurt by their response and said no but I’m being blanked which dosent seem very professional. Maybe they don’t want my custom or they are too busy. Either way I’m gutted by their response.

I have now ordered a few things from Apache clothing . I have been so happy with all my items and just wanted to say how impressed I am at the super speedy delivery. Only ordered yesterday and it arrived today.

I have bought several items from Apache shops with no complaint at all, but I recently ordered the Montana top and I was extremely disappointed, the material is very thin and flimsy and quite see through, it also comes unhemmed, I emailed Apache shops just to inform them of my disappointment with the poor quality, and I am still awaiting a response!

I have now had several purchasers from this retailer. They are absolutely brilliant! When they advertised their goods they are so informative and I am so pleased with all my purchases.Also delivery is at most three days, so based in UK. You are also kept fully informed of where your delivery is and when to expect it.

I had previously purchased the Bonnie in navy and was extremely happy with it and even though it stated hand wash, i actually machine washed at 30° placed in a wash bag and it came out perfectly fine and now, I’ve just received the Bonnie in Khaki. Apache is my go to shop when looking for knitwear.

I've loved everything I've ordered from here. Washes well, good fabrics, lots of styles. However I want to just say how excellent their customer service is. I messaged them after Christmas as I needed the dress I'd ordered for a funeral to arrive in time, entirely my fault for leaving it so late and then risking the bank holidays. They sent my dress immediately and it arrived the next working day! A full 5 days before I needed it! I am so grateful and appreciate their kindness and just want everyone to know that you'll never regret purchasing from this company, product, quality and customer service, absolutely perfect! There is nothing to dislike about this online shop. Quality is outstanding and the buying experience is fab. The videos really help us see the items.

My parcel arrived today and I am over the moon with the quality and fit! As a medium sized lady (uk 12/14 and 5’1”) with a bit of a belly I find it difficult to find flattering items but both of the Bonnie Jumpers I ordered are fabulous!

I was concerned the top over top dress wouldn’t give me enough coverage but as I’m short it hits at just the right place to be supremely flattering and I will be wearing this purchase on Xmas day, flattering, elegant and comfortable with plenty of “eating room” please offer this style in more colours!!!! I would be particularly interested in burgundy red if possible, pretty please.

Absolutley love this online shop. I've placed quite a few orders now and the quality is always great. First found Apache as they kept popping up on my Facebook and the model was so endearing, vivacious and shows the clothes so well. I love the one size fits all products as it is hard to go wrong. I did have to return an item recently as it just did not suit my build, but the quality was quite luxurious. They dealt with my refund promptly and I then placed my next order to catch their Halloween sale. Just had that delivery and love every item in my package.
