Ordered Freedom Panel Dress , video online of the dress says it doesn’t crease!,I Received mine yesterday it had more creases in it than an Origami exhibition! It’s getting sent straight back , wouldn’t buy again from this company

Style over substance. My Halo dress is in holes and runs, in less than two months. Customer Service was so slow to respond, and when they did: ‘Unfortunetly (sic) you are out of our 30days return policy so will not be able to cover this item for you.’ Shoddy workmanship disowned by a shoddy company. £30.00 wasted on a garment not fit for purpose.

I ordered a dress via a Facebook ad.
I've had bad experiences in the past and so did it with one eye open. The dress arrived promptly and was exactly as advertised. Really pleased and will definitely order again.

This site has some lovely clothes. I have placed two orders so far one order I sent back a the dresses didn’t suit me and had no problems with receiving a refund. Kept my second order, everything arrived with no issues, items were good sizes and nice quality. I would recommend this site and will be buying from them again

Fast delivery, ordered a dress that was one size to an 18, it was exactly as described, nice material and I’m made up with the dress. Ordered it again in a different colour! Would recommend.

Received my very first order from Apache Shops today,super impressed. Dresses are a perfect fit,will definitely be ordering more. The only criticism I have,was having to pay postage,as I spent over £100.

Purchased three pairs of shorts. Absolutely love them, so comfortable and great fit, good value at £16.99. I'v ordered 4 more pairs.

Although they have some nice dresses on their website, my experience with them is soured. I needed to return a dress I bought (the order only contained this one dress). When I emailed them to notify them of my intention to return, they stated that they would not refund the original standard postage, which is contrary to the Consumer Contract Regulations. I am taking the matter up with Citizens Advice Consumer Service with a view to this being passed to Trading Standards.

Bought a dress worn once and then washed. Material came away in my hand and now have big hole. Really disappointed as loved the dress and extremely disappointed with the lack of after care as nobody is responding to my messages. I guess buy cheap get cheap 🥺

I ordered the All Shook Up dress. I messed up the order the first time (entirely my fault) but my email was answered straight away, friendly and kind towards my lack of technology skills! My order was despatched immediately and arrived within 2 days. The dress is lovely, exactly as described in the video (which is brilliant - I will be singing Elvis every time I wear the dress!), and I will be able to wear it so many different ways. Would absolutely recommend this company for service and products.

I’ve ordered a few times and have always been pleased with the items.
They seem well made and it’s great seeing it modelled on the website before you buy. It’s a shame that they don’t have a postage offer where you can pay a set price upfront as I’d be tempted to order a lot more!

Ordered a dress for a holiday and paid extra for quick delivery. Dress was very flimsy and not good quality so returned it. Was only refunded the cost of the dress and not the standard postage. Contacted Apache and they bluntly told me they didn't refund postage and it was on their website. Pointed out to them that actually under the Distance Selling Regs that's illegal but they're now ignoring me completely. Have passed it on to Trading Standards.

I have ordered a couple of times now,I ordered the silky blouse and leopard jumpsuit(perfect for summer and the price I paid)just received the saint skull long dress!Delivery was quick and I am really pleased with it.It went out of stock a few months ago,I did email them to ask if it was coming back into stock did reply.But just kept my eye on the website.
I’m debating ordering in the green version of this dress,fabric and quality is fine!
Overall I would use again based on been generally happy with what I have ordered

See the response to my review below from Apache which I am unable to reply to. This is an absolute utter lie! Delivery was not attempted at all, ever! DPD said they had lost the parcel and when I chased a whole week later I asked Apache to refund my money including delivery as I had not received the item. I have the whole email train and they are refusing to reply. I will go to Trading Standards, you are absolutely telling lies!

First time ordering from this online company. Always slightly dubious with a new company as have had issues previously in the same situation.
However, very pleased with my order. Ordered a jumper dress and scarf on the Wednesday evening and it arrived on the Friday!
Lovely quality items, not cheap at all. Excellent value for money.

First time ordering from this online shop. Fantastic products.loved my jumper I got. I love clothing that is different and this really suited me at a good price. Good quality material and I like the fact that the products are shown on someone so that you can see them on and not just laid flat or hung from a clothes hanger.
Would highly recommend.
