Anthony Quirk and Co Estate Agents Omdömen 

This estate agent has just sold our neighbouring property and completely mis-advertised it to gain their reward… I’m currently in dispute both with the estate agent ombudsman and the environmental health as their advert was misleading…do not trust these people for an honest sale, whether you be a potential seller or purchaser. Have tried to discuss with incompetent staff, who dismissed me…not worth their fee percentage.

Honest review!!! I would highly recommend AQ especially Emma as let’s face it she practically runs the show, she deals with sales & sales progression as no in house sales progression but tbf when Lenny is about she is definitely on the ball…DO NOT use the solicitors they recommend gowlings are crap! I did most of the running around & chasing things up myself it was so stressful they didn’t co ordinate completions so I had completed on my sale but had to wait for purchase as 2 different solicitors…and they are based in Preston so your hands are tied!! Find a good local solicitor.

From selling our house in 2 days, to battling for us and winning with every obstacle that popped up, to supplying me with a comfy chair, some kind reassuring words and a diet coke the day before completion when I really needed it, Quirks simply are the best. Within 5 minutes of meeting the team I was more than happy to leave them in my house to conduct viewings on my behalf which took so much pressure off me. I felt like I had always known them. I even missed seeing them when my viewings were completed when the house was sold in 2 days. Absolutely amazing company that are there for everyone.

I have sold my house with the help of the team, they have really good team work, i had a few hic cups which wasn't down to quirks at all but they helped me get it all sorted out, i have been told every step of the way, and even accommodated on the viewing times for me, many thanks team keep it up hopefully will be over the finish line soon.

Excellent service by Hayden went round to the house on the Monday to get take photos and was sold by Saturday. Great work Hayden would definitely recommend the Canvey office 😊❤️👍

With out no doubt from beginning to end I could not of asked for a better team to be dealing with this,with the standards of excellence set and nothing below at any point I can not express enough how amazing these guys have been..
Lenise Fitzsimons well were do I start with her first and foremost credit is were credit due,she has been absolutely unbelievable and has worked so hard the professionalism is by far the best, communication was never a problem.

I can not praise the team at Anthony Quirk Canvey Island enough, although not directly working for us (they were dealing with our purchase), Lenny and the team couldn't do enough for us when we needed advice and answers. Through a very frustrating time towards the end of the move (due to further along the chain) they always answered my messages and questions in a very quick time and always kept me informed.

At times I felt if it wasn't for them that part of the exchange would not have gone through when it did.
