Annan Solicitors & Estate Agents Omdömen

Second time I've used Annan in selling my home, really can't recommend them enough. From the very beginning to the end, the professionalism, knowledge, personal touch both Fraser and Calum demonstrate is second to none. Excellent communication and kept me up to date throughout the process. Will be using them again.

I was very nervous about moving house I had never bought or sold before. All the staff were so friendly and helpful it made the experience less stressful.
A special Thankyou to Fraser and Calum who were absolutely wonderful explaining everything and available when I needed reassurance My house was sold in a week and Annans helped me buy a lovely new one too. I would definitely recommend Annans to anyone buying or selling their home susan

We received an excellent service from Annan. They worked quickly to produce the schedule, photos were professional and made our home look fantastic. Our property was promoted widely covering all major sites. We felt valued throughout and Fraser or Calum always responded quickly.
Fraser supported me to identify another property in the area so I could remain in Joppa.

Calum and Fraser were excellent, prompt and clear about the process. Annans sold my home in weeks, I recommend them

We had a great experience with Annan's - Calum and Fraser were excellent agents, and acted rapidly throughout the sale process. We were delighted with the photographs, schedule and sale process. Their in house solicitors are great too. Thanks team!

Great support & service from Fraser, Callum & rest of the team with the sale of our property, thanks

We went back to Annans earlier this year to sell our house and were delighted to find that their high standards of service were just as good as they had been during our previous experience with them. Calum and the Annan team are professional and know the market. They are easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Our house was sold within 2 weeks!

Recently sold our house through this estate agent and were very pleased with the service received , Fraser and Calum were helpful , friendly and available to answer any questions . They made what at times can be a stressful process , smooth and easy to navigate and felt supported throughout even when had to be out the country for a few weeks during the sale, thank you both.

I recently sold my house through this company and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Michael and his team were professional, friendly, and always kept me informed throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.

Their communication was outstanding, they were always available to answer questions, and they worked hard to secure a successful sale. I really appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and support every step of the way.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you again for all your hard work!

Fantastic service from the guys at Annan!
Fast, responsive and very professional.

I have used Annan for selling my last couple of properties. I have found them to be excellent to deal with. They respond very quickly to any queries and because they are a small team, you don’t get passed about from one department to another. It is a minefield deciding which estate agent to use and I can honestly say that I would not go past these guys now. They know the market well and I have never had any issues with them, in comparison to having dealt with some of their competitors previously.

Great service, great people and a speedy house sale. Everything went smoothly from start to end. Would recommend.

Had what can only be described as an excellent experience with the team at Annan. From start to finish, they were highly informed, responsive and professional throughout. I can only describe the service provided as faultless and superb at every level. Highly recommended and a big thanks to them for managing a complex transaction and being hugely supportive throughout.

Would highly recommend. Easy process all the way through.

Fraser was knowledgeable, helpful and exceptionally professional.

Flat sold very quickly and service could not be faulted.

Great service and reasonable cost compared to other estate agents. Communication was very thorough and it was very convenient for Annan to carry out viewings in person as our property was located in Portobello.

Rented a property from Annan - the team were always very responsive and easy to deal with. It's really appreciated as a tenant.

Fraser, Calum and Michael, answered all our questions and the property sold within 8 weeks on the market so we were content with the result. Really nice friendly service. Thank you.

We've used Annan for several moves over the past 20 years, and they've always been excellent.
Most recently I had a property for sale with another estate agent, but after twelve weeks on the market I'd only had two derisory offers. Switched to Annan and within two weeks the property was sold for the price I was expecting.
Highly recommend.

We sold our flat via Annan in June. The whole team at Annan were attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Annan made the process clear, stress free and great at keeping in touch every step of the way. Rates are also very competitive and got us to market super quick. Also to mention, Fraser and Calum who were both fantastic, thank you! We also got a really warm welcome from the team when handing our keys in at the lovely Porty office. We will definitely use Annan again and will also recommend them to others too.
