I called and spoke to Grace who was most helpful and helped me register my dog for a change of ownership

Very helpful easy to contact and update new address phone number. Nothing is too much. Everytime iv had to contact company they have always been very accommodating and polite. I’d always use them for my dogs micro chips in future highly recommend

Had a slight issue with my account which was resolved immediately over the phone. Website straightforward and easy to use

I object to being forced to take out an annual subscription just to initiate a transfer of my puppy when the breeder has already input my details onto the site. I called and requested a basic transfer but was told I still had to pay the £15 to enable the transfer to be completed. I was assured that the subscription could be easily cancelled. After completing the payment I found there was no way of cancelling the subscription on the website. I do not want repeat payments going out of my bank account. Another phone call has hopefully resolved this issue. I have been assured that the payment has been cancelled for next year. I think it’s unethical to put people in this position, with a threat of a £500 fine if you don’t pay.
The staff were polite and I hope have resolved the issue but I am £15 out of pocket and have wasted my time trying to sort this out. My previous pets were registered with two other data bases at no charge. If I had the option I would not choose this company just to comply with government legislation.

Absolutely fantastic company they are so very compassionate and reassuring that all will be fine. It took us a couple of days to get our lost kitten back but all is well. The both ladies that I spoke to were a delight. They gave me good advice with how to entice my kitten back home. They were both lovey to talk to and when we did find him and report him reunited again the lady sounded just as pleased to have him back as we did. Thanks again you people are the best ⭐

We have recently moved house and are in the process of 'changing address info'. I contacted Animal Tracker (quite late on Thursday afternoon), but a very helpful and friendly lady, 'Olivia', was able to help me.
Updating microchip information for your pets is very important - we'd always recommend Animal Tracker, they have always been extremely helpful!!

AVOID this animal tracker at all costs. Once its put into your pets its impossible to register yourself as the owner without jumping through loops and paying extra money you shouldn't have to!

Extremely helpful and understanding staff as I was having difficulty with the registration

Rang helpline for Animal Tracker as had a problem submitting registration form online. Spoke with Piper who was amazing 🤩 Very knowledgeable and helpful. Piper sorted everything for me over the phone and I received all my paperwork almost immediately by email Very impressed thank you
