Great hair, fast service

TERRIBLE HAIR BAD QUALITY AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!Stay clear of this hair company. The quality Is the worst I have ever known in thirty years of using hair extensions. The customer service is even worse.
After being advised to use this hair, I switched over from my usual hair provider but unfortunately this was a disaster for me. The hair is such a low quality within weeks, it began to shed, fall out,
Lost shine ended up looking shabby, my hairdresser noticed
On the first rotation of this hair, but as this fell a day before my 50th birthday and a time where I had many celebrations planned and trips away, I had no choice but to have the hair refitted. Unfortunately, this just looked ridiculous, and I had to have it all taken out which ruined many of my celebrations. Angel Remy hair was contacted, sent pictures, and the situation explained to them. They firstly refused to speak to me and held no compassion towards me and wouldn't even respond to my emails. They then proceeded to explain to my hairdresser that because I didn't contact them within the time limit of what they say is acceptable they refused to assist this issue further. The Hair
Was not even 8 months old? I have had hair from other companies that lasts well over 12 months and would still be fit to use again if necessary. I understand that maybe i should have contacted angel remmy hair
Within weeks of me realising how low quality the actual hair was, but there was a lot going on and as stated they were contacted only weeks really after their hair policy had ran out, so in my opinion are really being so pedantic to avoid blame.
And there statement of explaining to me that I was out of time was only by weeks is so lame and a little bit of understanding and customer care wouldn't have gone a miss in this situation.Regardless of rules regulations. I am now having to individually take this company to court. As it is disgusting that they feel they can sell Such a low quality product for such a high price, and then seemingly not give any customer service and cashing on the rules and regulations. I feel anybody wanting to purchase angel remy hair needs to rethink that decision as they will most likely be very disappointed. Fortunately, I am able to go and back to my original supplier, Who clearly have more business sense. More business morals and business experience as I have never been let down
Like this by anybody else in the hair industry. No doubt the company will respond with. They don't guarantee the hair after 6 months. Well, they should for the price they charge and they should certainly retrain their staff, including the management, to have a little bit more compassion and care For customers that have most certainly been sold faulty. Dodgy, rubbish, bad quality hair. They will not assist a customer when such a harsh experience has been had. It's a shocking way out and you as a company should be ashamed of yourself. I will now have to take this to a small claims court.

And give a terrible, low quality product in return with little to none customer service. I feel the need to express to as many people as I possibly can The experience that i've had with you as a company and will do that on as many platforms as I can as I hope nobody has to go through the same experience as I did. Shame on you angel remmy no matter you're reply or time line excuse you're company sold a bad product and washed you're hands of the disaster by copping out on a time period clause of weeks shame on you.

The company's reply of ' had hair 8 months and didn't complain' is a cop out. Firstly, hair should last more than 8 months with the correct aftercare. I've purchased hair from Hair kings and it's lasted over 12 months and still looked great, secondly I visited my hair dresser for my first rotation just months after receiving hair, it was noticed that there was a difference in the quality of the hair by both of us and yes whilst I should have made contact with you then I had a lot going on, but to allow a customer to go through the ordeal I had to and waste good money on a very bad product and then to be so rude and unprofessional was really the icing on the cake, just a barrage of T's & C's that got youre company of the legal hook and clearly you have no customer service morals. If I could have rated my experience -1 I would have.
