I’ve been ordering hair extensions for over 3 years but with my last recent purchase the quality of the hair extensions wasn’t the standard that I would usually receive which made me really disappointed. Angel hair extension's reached out to me and treated my situation with full seriousness and professionalism. They apologised on behalf of the beauty works hair extensions which I have been ordering on the angel hair extensions website and offered a replacement. Unfortunately the beauty works have been very slow at replying so the angel hair extension company offered to try their own hair extensions as the replacement. Although the overall experience was a little disappointing, the angel hair team was absolutely amazing and I’ve received the best customer service possible. Thank you so much and thank you for all your help even though the beauty works was at fault. 100% would recommend angel hair extensions. I’m very excited to try their hair extensions.

Was a bit worried at first because it was first time buying hair extensions on line they just email you to say they are processing your order it does say 2 to 4 days to come but I emailed them and they replyed straight away so but my mind at rest I love the beauty works cherry red been trying for ages to get the right red thank you angel hair I’m really happy with hair texture and colour be having them put in for Xmas great price as well thanks again will defo be ordering again

Really disappointed in my 24 inch weave hair extensions that I purchased back in may the last order lasted over a year this time I contacted the company due to hair really malting and becomes knotted very easily the company’s reply was they now only last 3-6months rather then the 12months plus as stated when I brought them. They are not cheap at over £320 and already having to re purchase else where do to the hair being very poor quality will not be buying again from this company nor will my clients in future.
