Andrew Granger & Co Omdömen

I was kept in frequent communication and the letting process was quick and easy to manage. This was all helped by the friendly service I received from the staff who worked there. Special shoutout to Jade who helped get me over the line!

As usual, Andrew Granger gives a professional approach, and Jade helped make the move smooth and soon ironed out any minor issues.

I purchased my property through the
Estate Agents Andrew Granger in Loughborough. I had the absolute pleasure of the sales negotiator, Natalie Hart, who made the process an absolute breeze. Natalie was consistently chasing her clients and solicitors for updates on the chain and was always the first to report back to us. Natalie got the purchase through for us within a matter of weeks and we couldn't be more pleased with her. I would definitely recommend you selling with Andrew Granger estate agents and would definitely recommend you asking for Natalie Hart to deal with the matter.

Jade was absolutely amazing. She kept me in the loops with everything. I was due t move in 9n the Sarursay, due to time constraints I requesged to pick up the keys on Friday, Jade did everythjng in her power and made this happen.

My only constructive critism is that minor faults I had pointed out to the maintenance team were not addressed. This is in no part an issue on Jades capability.

I am writing to share our experience with Andrew Granger Letting Agents in Loughborough. My partner and I arranged a viewing of what appeared to be a delightful two-bedroom detached property in Oakham. The agent was punctual and amiable, which marked the only positive aspect of our interaction.

During the property tour, we were dismayed to find that the upstairs area was riddled with mould and unsuitable for human habitation. Even the agent acknowledged this issue, mentioning that although the lower floor had been painted and damp-proofed, they were informed by the landlord that similar work had been completed throughout the property. Clearly, this was not the case. This oversight indicates that the agency had not inspected the property before our visit, showcasing a lack of awareness about its actual condition.

To us, this lack of thoroughness appeared highly unprofessional. It seemed their priority was leasing the property rather than ensuring its livability. Our rating of 2 stars is solely for the courteous agent who guided us. As for the company, it's evident that they do not prioritise the well-being of their potential tenants. The agent herself expressed shock at the condition of the upstairs area, which begs the question: why was the property not assessed before inviting viewings? This experience proved to be a complete waste of our time.

Quick sale. Good sales progression.
Kept me in the loop.
Achieved a good price
Professional attitude.

Jade and Alison in Market Harborough were amazing during our renting process, responding to emails quickly and helping us any way they could. Thank you so much!

Natalie helped us get our dream home. She was amazing. Great with dealing with the lawyers and the seller. Simon was also great. The people at Andrew and Granger seem to really care. If I every need to use a estate agent again I will be using them. I highly recommend them. Thank You AG&Co

I'd like to thank the staff at Andrew Granger for arranging my move in, especially Jilly, Dimple, Louise and Alison. They have been excellent with communication from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them as letting agents, thank you for all your help.

Jade was fabulous, the whole experience was very professional, and went without a hitch. I would really recommend Jade at Andrew Granger if you are looking to rent

I had to sell my Fathers house after he died. Grangers gave us the highest valuation as they recognised the quality of the property in its location. Throughout they kept us informed of progress and gave us useful feedback on viewings. I feel they demonstrated that they had our best interest at heart and were very professional and competent. I felt confident they were trying to get the best outcome for us and displayed sensitivity in the difficult process of selling my fathers home.

We recently bought a property through Andrew Granger in Loughborough.
They were exceptionally efficient and really good communicators, negotiating the deal and progressing it in a single day, enabling us to complete very rapidly.
They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend them.

Andrew Granger in Loughborough marketed and sold the property of a late relative on my behalf. As this was done remotely I very much appreciated the help and advice given to me by Natalie and Simon. I felt confident leaving viewing arrangements and keys with them. I really enjoyed speaking to them and they were always happy to answer my questions and offer advice.

Andrew Granger & Co managed the sale of the home of a late relative. Most estate agents receive bad press but the experience I had with AG&Co was anything but poor. They were utterly professional, respectful of the pace at which I wanted to proceed, gave expert advice and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale (even returning to the property to take photos on a more pleasant day and visiting the property to conduct tasks that I should have done but was at a distance). The sale was smooth and went through without any glitches. Natalie at AG&Co was proactive in seeking updates on the progress of the sale and provided me with such without my asking. I truly cannot fault this company and recommend them without any hesitation.

I was a tenant of Andrew Granger in Market Harbs for 6 years and i can honestly not fault them as estate agents. The entire team are super friendly and helpful, especially Jade, Alison and Dimple. Whenever I have had a question or issue the entire team got together to resolve and support.

The team are passionate about all their tenants making their rental a home, whilst also supporting their property landlords.

If I return back to Harbs, I would only ever use this agency for renting and buying.

Thank you for everything team Market Harbs AG!

Arran

They must be doing their job a the sellers agent but I found them to be helpful when viewings were arranged etc. but condescending and not working towards any flexibility at all after we put the offer in. As a buyer I’ve not had the best experience with them.

As a buyer purchasing through Andrew Granger at Loughborough I was very impressed by the helpfulness and thought put in by Natalie on my behalf as well as taking care of her client’s sale. Nothing was too much trouble.

Jade Kerrison dealt with myself and my partners application for our rented property in Market Harborough. She was a pleasure to deal with, all correspondence was quick and informative and no question was too much trouble for her to answer! Great customer service from start to end.

We had a quick and easy and extremely pleasent dealing with Jade Kerrison at Andrew Granger in Market Harborough who dealt with our application process and us moving in to our new property. She was informative, efficient and always got back to me quicker than I expected! And always friendly and lovely to deal with. She answered every question we had and made sure all details were clear. Nothing was ever too much for her to do for us and I couldn’t be more thankful that we dealt with Jade. Being a first time renter it was great to have her assisting. She is a valuable member of staff, it’s not very often you receive such outstanding customer service. Thanks so much Jade!!

Nigel Weller and the team were absolutely brilliant from the start. Helpful, professional and very easy to deal with. They ensured we got many viewings and we are just about to complete on the sale. Cant recommend them enough!
