Very disappointed
Not sure how to rate your underwear as I have not received it yet. I ordered it on January 3 and every time I go to track it it's another week out... just tracked it again and now it says January 31. That's almost 1 month for shipping! How ridiculous!! This is the first time I have purchased from Andrew Christian and I have to say that I am very disappointed! I hope the underwear is worth all of this waiting and if they don't improve the shipping time this will be the last time I order from them!

Awful shipping.
At this point, I'm beyond frustrated with the shipping delays I've experienced. I bought some undies for my husband for Christmas.. a month ago. I bought them a month ago and I still have not been received. You spend near 100 bucks.. ridiculous shipping prices cause I'm in Canada and I still don't have the underwear. At this rate, I'd get my underwear faster by requesting a refund and repurchashing them.

Been 6 weeks, order hasn't been delivered yet..!!!
I placed my order 6 weeks ago on the 4th of December 2021. I haven't received my order yet (15/01/22). UPS haven't updated tracking details for my order since 10th of December. This is shameful. I'm not American and I don't know anything about UPS, all I know is that I'm an Andrew Christian customer, and I expect Andrew Christian to choose a reliable delivery partner, especially when international customers are charged a hefty delivery fee. I am so disappointed. My order was supposed to be a Christmas Present for a friend...!!! I've been patiently waiting for this order to arrive but now enough is enough. It has triggered me so much that tracking details haven't even been updated since 10th of December and if I have any delivery questions or complaints, I am redirected to UPS. I am not a UPS customer!
Anyway, just like all gay content in this world is meant for Americans only, I guess Andrew Christian undies are meant for Americans only cause International customers have to wait for months just to get their hands on a pair of Andrew Christian underwear.

Horrendous shipping prices
I have ordered multiple times from them and gotten the order’s within reasonable time. After the checkout process changed the charges for international shipping skyrocketed!!! On my previous orders I paid around $6-$15 for shipping and handling. Now when I tried to order shipping and handling was over $130! With prices like that ordering from them is (unfortunately) never an option for me.

We are unable to absorb these increases and do have to pass them along. We are truly living in unprecedented times and do hope to see the cost and transit times with shipping coming back down to normal soon. Our international customers also must face taxes and duties that increase the cost of shipping- and these fees have also jumped in recent months. These fees aren't calculated or charged to you from Andrew Christian- but rather your local municipality. We completely understand your concerns and are hoping that this situation changes soon so that you can go back to ordering the products that you love! Shipping issues
After spending £25 on shipping and tax (to uk) I expected reasonable delivery. Instead it has now been 24 days since I placed my order and my parcel is as far away as it was 24 days ago with no details on shipping at all! Since placing my order I’ve managed to get new underwear shipped through other vendors in the us at a fraction of the price and time and would recommend that for uk customers people look elsewhere unfortunately
