How we look after you
Our care packs are applied to every vehicle sale and is designed specifically for your convenience, peace of mind and represents great value.
All of our used vans benefit from a thorough pre-delivery inspection and our refurbishment programme. We pride ourselves on our first-class vehicle preparation. Consequently, if we have missed something we want to pay for it, not you! After the first 3000 miles or 3 months (whichever is sooner) our return-to-base cover expires. but you can upgrade to an excellent 15 or 36-month renewable guarantee for just a few pounds a week.

Anchor were absolutely amazing
Anchor were absolutely amazing. I was due to have my van delivered Saturday so I called them Friday but they informed me some parts had not arrived. I informed them I really need the vehicle for work Monday. They went the extra mile and managed to still deliver the van the next day. Everyone was so helpful from sales to delivery. Incredible company well pleased with my van. And a great price. Will only be buying from anchor from now on.

Great customer service
Had a pleasure with matt (salesman) when finding the right van for us, very helpfuland polite. Nice and easy process. Van delivered by Steve, who again is lovely and a pleasure to have him deliver to us. We had a slight problem on delivery with the key but it was sorted the same day, van was taken away and returned again in under 4 hours!! Very helpful and extremely quick turnaround. Thank you.

I would like to thank Kane at anchor for his excellent service and patience. We travelled last minute from London and arrive around 4.30pm. We had a few issues with paperwork but he stayed late to make my wife the happiest woman in the world as she now has her dream car. I just hope he didn’t get in too much trouble with his partner for being late

A nice relaxed but professional atmosphere in the showroom. The workshop looked clean and organised from what I could see. The salesman Matthew Morris couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a really good experience.

Really happy with the service provided by Chris from anchor van, from sales and delivery all the way to aftercare when the cultch is gone, they got the van pick up in cornwall back to their depo for repair and being drop back within 7 days ! also plenty of phone call update !
