Fantastic customer service from Norwina, above and beyond
Outstanding service from customer service Norwina over whatsapp to rectify problems that were not her fault.
ANBI solutions website however listed a product that was not as described. Pipe sizing mistakes and a series of logistical mishaps followed, which were helped by the aid of customer service.
Customer service rating 10 out of 5. The website and corporate company itself 3 or 4 out of 5.

Misleading Stock and Pricing Practices
I purchased this product online at a discounted price (Order #57645, placed on 08 August 2025). After three days, the seller informed me that it was “not available.” However, I noticed that the exact same product was still listed on their website only at a higher price. When I asked how it could be unavailable yet still for sale at an increased price, they continued to insist it was not available. This is misleading and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

Our online inventory is managed separately from our retail stock, and occasionally discrepancies may occur, resulting in temporary shortages. In such situations, we promptly inform our customers and offer alternative solutions where possible. We are committed to transparency and strive to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Nobody picks up the phone on 3 different numbers during a normal work day. Only whatsapp chat is active. But still, they accept only advance payment for purchase, no cash/card on delivery. Looks like a scam.
