Replaced the sole on my redwings from comfort sole to lug tread. Excellent job and in less than a week. Very pleased, will be sending other boots there in the future.

Great product
Great product. Only improvement to be made would be, as I purchased it as a gift, nicer packaging would be really good - as opposed to the clear plastic bag.

Website not up to date
Ordered shoes on line, received confirmation and then waited for several days for dispatch notification. Instead got phone call advising last pair sold and shoe style discontinued. They did dispatch similar pair by same manufacturer eventually, but it all took a while to sort out.

First Class Customer Service
Ordered a pair of Cheaney Oxfords from Anand. The shoes came with complimentary wooden shoe trees and a tin of quality polish. The ordering process and delivery time was great however the shoes arrived with a nick out of the leather which I was not happy with on a new pair of shoes. Anand could not have been more helpful- they immediately arranged a new pair to be sent to me directly from Cheaney and paid the return postage for the damaged pair. Order with confidence from Anand Shoes, they really are a first class retailer with outstanding customer service.

Perfect cooperation with the shop.
Perfect cooperation with the shop. Always they are there, and happy to respond for any question I had. Fantastic purchase included shoes and accessories. A nice pair cedar wood shoe trees given as a present also to me. Price was lower than any other shop in the website. I’ll buy my next pair of shoes again from them. Fully recommended from me.
