This company was supposed to deliver a furniture item to us. They said they came but could not drop it off because the number on the account was disconnected (even though I received texts from them earlier that day and number works fine). Then they checked in the system and the person never took pictures of being there so it was just a lie. And then they pushed the delivery off another couple of weeks promising me that it would be there each day and saying it was escalated to a supervisor but never receiving a call.

Just a call service in the Philippines that has no information of whats actually happening with the boots on the ground here. Probably had to call 18X, still haven't received item and it ruined our scheduled photoshoot multiple times as it was the only pending item.

The item arrived two weeks late and they refused to provide any customer service or details on the delivery, even though it was bought for specific occasion, I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible

Unfortunately terrible- cancelled our delivery for no reason then their customer service representative Asha was so rude and refused to reschedule

I had ordered furniture from Classy Home with white glove delivery. Mike, Nathaniel & Edgardo came to the house & did an Awesome job. They placed my items where I needed them. Mike was very Professional and made sure they were the right distance from wall and operated Properly. (I use a walker, so I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and kindness) I Loved talking to Nathaniel, He is a Very Professional and Smart God Loving young man. His Grandma definitely raised him right! Not to leave Edgardo out, but he was helping unload truck, which he did without damaging any of my items. You have a Great Team there! I had bedroom furniture delivered in August that I purchased from Classy Home online. The driver argued that I didn't have the "White Glove" service which I paid $540.00. He did eventually bring the furniture into my bedroom. He didn't switch the door handles from the inside to the outside of the drawer and said he couldn't put my mirror up. There was a missing part so they were not able to put my bed together. It is still sitting on the side of my room weeks later. When they left I noticed a 3 X 2" gash in my wall that is at least 3/4"s deep and another smaller one in my bedroom. I have sent multiple emails to their claim department, I've called 3 times, and sent texts and NOONE has called me back to get this issue taken care of. Absolute worst delivery experience I've had.

There is ZERO communication.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had and the product is not even safely here yet.

If it doen't arrive safely, after a month..... you can see how that will go by reading a few reviews.

Dealling with AM home delivery is an awful experience, the white golve service is literally a scam and ZERO service

Company broke my fridge and incurred $500 worth of damages to my household. I have submitted the claims, it has been over 30 business days, and I have not heard anything from the company.

Mike and Nate did an amazing job delivering our 42" vanity! We were very impressed with the professionalism and concern about our home during the delivery. We would definitely use AM Home Delivery and Trucking Company again.

Ordered Kayak for a kayaking trip. The seller used this God awful company. Rescheduled delivery going on 4 times now. Need the Kayak specifically for the trip.

This is an awful company with very poor communication and poorly trained drivers. AVOID at all costs. Terrible company.

If any company that you ever deal with wants to use am home delivery service then run from that company. Recently had the most horrifying customer service experience from am home delivery not delivering my appliances till 10:00 at night two gentlemen delivered one was nice but the other one was extremely rude and ignorant and the nice one just kept apologizing saying he agreed and understood horrible horrible customer service and horrible horrible horrible communication do not let any company that you deal with use am home delivery it'll be your worst nightmare

They failed to my deliver twice with the same excuse that the driver had an emergency. I cancelled my purchase and they still refused to refund for white gloving delivery that I never received. Stay away from Poly and Bark and AM Trucking.

This email is in regards to order scheduled delivery for 6/17/24 between 9-1pm.
I received email at 9:32am on the day of the delivery regarding a rescheduled time for 6/18/2024.
I was informed by Omar & Desiree that the driver did not show up and this was the next window.
I did not consent to the proposed rescheduled delivery for 6/18/24.
They would not change the rescheduled delivery window (their schedule) which would result in a fee if I didnt make it.
I did not approve the new proposed delivery time for 6/18/2024.
I requested a rescheduling fee and a mutually agreed up delivery
time with a 48 cancelation notice.
Horrible logistics and policies.

Delivery was not made in the week it was scheduled. They left us waiting and never came. Leaving a 80 year old lady without a refrigerator. No calls nothing I started calling asking to talk to a manager, multiple calls on multiple different days. Nothing all ways In a meeting never a return call.. was scheduled for the next Wednesday, then reschedule for Thursday for no reason.. very unprofessional.. sad to know a company can operate this poorly and stay in business..

Unskilled installers wired dishwasher incorrectly. You plug it in, the breaker trips. You unplug it, the breaker resets. The installer throws up his hands and says it's an electrical issue. dishwasher is wildly out of level. He said that's how they are these days. Left a mess and left me with a new dishwasher that doesn't work.

I purchased $20,000 worth of appliances from a company three months ago. The appliances have been sitting in Am’s warehouse in Utah for a few months and are now supposed to be delivered. The appliance company apparently went out of business and AM is now refusing to delivery the appliances even though I already paid in full for them and they are my property. My biggest complaint is that I have tried more than 6 times to get the employee that answers the phone and emails me to put me in touch with a manager so I I can try to make some progress on getting my appliances. I have even offered to go to their center and pick the appliances up so they do not need to incur any more expense. The employee refuses to put me in touch with a manager. Hopefully management will read this and reach out so we can get this done the easy way rather than through a lawsuit.

UPDATE - 4-5-24: I have been in contact with Robert from AM. He originally sounded like someone that was going to facilitate a quick resolution of the situation, especially after I volunteered to pay to have “my appliances” picked up from their SLC, Utah facility. After a few weeks, I think I was just getting the runaround and am no closer to getting my appliances. I am now advised that AM’s legal counsel has advised Robert not to release my appliances to me. I have asked to be put in touch with that legal counsel but apparently my request needs to be approved by someone before the information can be shared. Things seem to be going downhill and I reaffirm my thoughts about this company and its reliability. Will update further as soon as something new happens.

Today - 3/8/24, Mario & another young gentleman delivered my washing machine & installed it, took off my utility room door, & hauled out the old one. They were PERFECT young gentlemen, fast at what they do, & highly exceptional. I so appreciate them for their professionalism. Thank you AM...these gentlemen are from the AM in Columbus, Ohio. They kept me informed about the entire process.

I bought a kayak they were supposed to deliver, I live in the suburbs of a large city. I was outside of their delivery range. they offered to meet at a gas station a hour from my location because that's as close as they were willing to come. on the phone they told me they would give me 1.5 hours heads up on delivery. i got a call from their driver saying he was 5 mins away from my location i laughed and said will I'm a hour away. he said he would talk to the dispatcher, about 10 minutes later i get a call saying the driver was waiting at the gas station where was I? I told him i was told the day before i would be giving a 1.5 hour heads up he told me that wasn't the drivers or his job. after me getting upset he had his manager Joe call me who told me i was giving a window of 4 hours and i should have waited for their driver. I was like so let me get this straight I need to drive 2 hours wait for 4 hours for a driver that who knows will show up after reading their reviews, and to make maters worse they were going to hit me with a rescheduling fee. The place i got my kayak from gave me a refund cause I was just tired of fighting with AM trucking!!

Mine is a very stressful experience and i hope people reading this review learn their lesson and avoid this company at any cost. They delivered my Samsung refrigerator and I had paid for the installation service in advance including connecting the water supply to the back of the refrigerator. The guy who came for delivery from Amtrucking did not connect the water supply and asked to call a plumber instead where i would have to pay again.

I raised a complaint, and they sent another bunch of people randomly to check the installation. The guys who came for installation knew nothing about connecting a fridge to a water supply and did an amateur job. Unfortunately, i was not aware of their reputation and paid a huge price for it.

The water lines were connected loosely with bare hands without any tightening tools and as a result water kept dripping from the water supply at the back of my Fridge. This resulted in water seepage and damage to my new hardwood floor that warped and bulged out. Not only my installation is incomplete where I have to pay someone experienced to do it properly now but I have to repair my hard wood floor costing to thousands of dollars! So much trauma after moving in to my new home...

I mailed their so called bogus claims department which sent an automated reply once and after that no response with total silence! They just want to ignore their customer claims until they get tired of calling and mailing and give up finally!

Their general customer service says that they are totally disconnected from their claims department and there is no way for them to reach claims them from their side. Instead the customer has to keep yelling and scrambling until they are tired and give up. How convenient and kudos to the brain that plotted such a scheme. The audacity with which they block their customers is horrible. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I HOPE GOD TEACHES THEM A LESSON FOR THEIR SINS.
