I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. It was for a birthday present last week. I have emailed twice and not had a reply. Pretty awful customer service.

Not pre shrunk.
There are some really nice t shirts on this site I have a few. My 3 star score instead of 5 is purely because they are not pre shrunk and do shrink in the wash. Sizing up helps but I need 3xl to size up usually 2xl. And some of the tees I particularly like aren't available in 3xl to be able to size up.

Never received the item I ordered and my attempts to rectify this and my request for a refund were ignored. Basically stole my money. Will never use again. Thieves!
