Hello Mrs Rumens, thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback and I am sorry you felt you could not write this sooner. Based on the issues described we are confident where this is in relation to and really can only apologies that these issues were not resolved faster for your daughter and her housemates. Between Anglian Water, the neighbours, ourselves and the landlord the drainage issues did get resolved but not until the end of the tenancy in question, which is poor on our part. We have also learnt from this how to better communicate when these issues occur in our properties with our tenants and to highlight when a suggestion might help a situation that we are trying to resolve, rather than make them feel accountable or at fault, we again apologise that they had this experience from us. We will discuss this overall feedback with Claire, the landlord and wider team, to make sure no one else has this experience, but for yours, your daughters and her housemates we do apologise. They were great tenants to deal with, even with these difficult issues and they left the house in a good condition which we are extremely grateful for.
