SCAM ALERT!!! Do not purchase Amino Pure Canada. I ordered BPC-157 (10mg), TB-500 (10mg) and bacteriostatic water from AminoPureCanada.ca. I got an immediate response to collect payment but thereafter it took 2-1/2 months to receive my order. The product in each vial was not in a powdery puck-like form, it was crystallized, shiny, hard and bubbly. I had an extremely difficult time communicating with their reception team to help me with the issue and I had to continually follow up 3-4 times before I would receive a response. When I finally received a return shipping label and sent the product back, it took 6 times to follow up and 4 months to get a response.

Their response was:
“When we received the return, the vials were empty and we will not be issuing a refund. We tried to contact you several times to address the issue but you never responded.”

This is a complete and utter lie as I did not even remove the fixed cap from the vials and they never attempted to contact me once. *** Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not order from this vendor and waste your time and money like I did.

August 31st they took payment. Still no product or refund. Not trust worthy.

I actually give a 2.5. The products seem legit but extremely underdosed compared to other vendors. I like many lost my vendor recently and in the process of finding a new source. The prices and discounts are good, but given the quality of the products I understand why

I ordered from them a few times with no issues, they have the best prices I’ve been able to find.
But I put in a pretty big order and was shorted 2 products. I emailed them every week for about a month, they would respond to my first email and then ghost me. They said one of the products was discontinued, and insisted that the other product was packed even though I never received it.
So after 4 weeks or so of going back and forth trying to receive either a refund or replacement products, I just decided to never order from them again. The whole experience was very frustrating and whoever I communicated with was very unprofessional, was pointing the finger at me, insisted that they remembered packing it when it clearly wasn’t there, which doesn’t line up because there was no communication about the other product that was discontinued even though it was paid for. Customer service was a joke and I’m out more money than I was saving ordering for a more expensive site.
