I ordered a Hayward Perflex pool pump and filter system from AmeriMerc.com. The delivery is very fast just in 2 days or so.

I noticed the package is not originally factory sealed and there's some blemish on the system. After contacting AmeriMerc, they are very responsive to replace with a new one quickly without any question. I believe the first delivery was an honest mistake. They do put customer satisfaction as a priority.

Don't have to spend time on Amazon. AmeriMerc.com is definitely a better place to buy pool related stuff. 5 starts without reservation!

Very fast shipping, I checked other sites and they were the cheapest by $10.00.

bought a pool cover, it was so cheaply made, the eyelets tore as soon as it was tied down. Also closing chemicals did not come until a week later and we had already closed pool up. Had to buy them locally. I emailed you several times and asked when the chemicals were being shipped and got an email saying will have to check the tracking for it but no one did. I asked to cancel the order for Chemicals and they never canceled but sent them a week too late. Will never deal with this place again and will advise everyone I know not to either.

They sell quality products, price them fairly, deliver them very quickly; doesn't get better than that...

I received the exact above ground pool cover that I ordered. It's a good fit and seems to be of good quality. Delivery time was fair. I should probably do this review next summer after the cover has been through a Minnesota winter !

Order Process was simple and quick. Product arrived promptly although there was no email notification of order status other than the initial post purchase confirmation.

I just purchased a winter cover and double water bsgs for our pool. on filling the water bags there were 10 of them on 4 of them one seam on each of them were defected and leaked so if I was amerimerc I would check out who I was contracting from.

After unfolding and adjusting ontop of pool I noticed a dime size HOLE burned through the seem. A very noticeable hole I think would have been seen if inspected. After review of warranty I decided to try to patch the hole. Folding and returning a wet cover
I thought to be impractical I decided to take the $80.00 on the chin. I have purchased many covers in the past under the name Andrew Haydak and thought it was a no brainier to do it again.

The price was right, the product was good and bad...for a full review ask me in 3 years. The cover discription said it was 2 feet longer than the pool (16x32, 18x34) it was actually only 17.5x33.5, it will work but I don't have as warm or fuzzy feeling as I would if I had the advertised fit. The instructions were sorely lacking, the drawing, that would have been invaluable, had no scale, no suggestion as to where to mount the anchors, basically just a piece of paper with a somewhat drawing on it. The cover it's self seems to be pretty good quaility however as I said " ask me in 3 years". The experience with AmeriMerc was okay, I was unable to do any business via computer after I ordered the cover (via computer) but the phone contact was adaquate, the attendant was fine.

Nobody bothered to tell me the products I ordered were not in stock. After several days of not receiving a shipping email I called and was told product was on back order. I asked why that wasn't communicated to me and of course no one knows why. It was almost like they didn't want to tell me. I waited another week because I need the product for my pool. I called again and they said it should be sent out soon. I decided to cancel my order and of course they had to bring a supervisor on the phone. He told me that it would be shipped out today and I said yeah right, that's not what the rep said.

Pool cover I ordered was shipped promptly and product is a hundred times better then a similar product I purchased just last year at twice the price and made it only one season.

This Spring I ordered a pump and filter system to replace the old one I had. I called and talked with a rep that was very helpful and gave me good advice. I was so pleased that I returned and purchased a cover for this winter. Yall have gained a true customer for a very long time.

The only thing bad about my purchase was that they use the US POSTAL SERVICE for shipping which took several days longer than UPS or FEDEX Ground would

I called to check on my order and someone (live person) answered the phone. She was very helpful and was able to give my the exact location of my order and when it was being delivered. It was delivered at the correct location and the order was correct. The quality of the product was outstanding. Way to go!

Need a safety cover quick to comply with mortgage requirement. It was delivered in a few days. Great quality, instructions and the install went well. The cover looks great and there were no issues.

Outstanding that a human answers the phone.
Not great that I was referred to the manufacturer when the winter cover was short.

I followed the instructions for measuring the spa cover and ordered on the website. I received two calls asking me to confirm the measurements and color. The cover arrived on schedule and I could not be happier with it.

The order was exactly as specified. Delivery was prompt. I highly recommend this site for your pool needs.
