Warning!!! Be very cautious when dealing with any of the sales team at American West Silverado Sunmit.
A completely incompetent sales team, severely less than average customer service, no regards for customer satisfaction and take no responsibility for when the company makes a mistake.
My fiancé and I spent hours of our time at the American West sales office as they couldn't document our decor preferences properly. On multiple occasions they mixed up our floor plans with other clients and had incorrect information and we had to spend time again showing them our preferences which they ensured us they would rectify. This happened three times.
Upon arriving to choose flooring at their recommended designer, she had all the wrong information sent to her by a American West agent and we again, had to inconveniently spend an excessive amount of time pulling floor samples, tiles and bench tops that should've been documented correctly months ago.
A month before we move in, I went to check the progress on construction to discover they had installed a completely different backsplash to what we had chosen because they had mixed up the design names.
When we tried to have this corrected we were quite rudely told it was our fault. Not only did we have dates, times, photos of our preferences as I had made sure after the first mix up I had taken photos of everything we choose. Upon sending these to our sales agent, he bluntly refused to be of any help and tried to insinuate we were lying, but informed us of a fee of $2250 to rectify THEIR mistake.
Our sales agent, Jeremy Chyle reassured us time and time again that the changes would be made and then basically called us liars, when they made a mistake.
Furthermore, there were continual delays throughout the entire build with our closing date being moved back several times with construction hold ups.
We should be looking forward to the move in to our new home but instead we are now trying to fix an issue due to American West's incompetence and at our own expense. Not to mention when you email sales department, no really answers the emails. Big corporation can have little disregard for a client. Beware if you are from out of states or in-states
