I am really pleased with the excellent product as it look fantastic. Two of the packets was damaged on their ends but these were hidden when laying them down on the bedroom floor so no issues.

Customer service and after care
All the team were very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience pleasurable.When we got home with our oil the tint was was too dark but the team gave us some samples which aided us to exchange for our our needs . Would recommend to others .

Helpful amazing company
Just absolutely amazing I've used these guys a few times and they never fail to impress ,this time I needed floor glue I ordered some the bag was burst on arrival it was quick and simple to fix and the replacement arrived faster than they said it would .. absolute life savers ,brilliant informative friendly staff too

Excellent range of products
We knew the type and look that we wanted for our wooden floor, but couldn't find the right one until we discovered Ambience Flooring. The extensive samples in their showroom actually gave us too many to choose from. They also had excellent samples for the vinyl tiles we required for other rooms.
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ambience service is great. EVRI's isnt
EVRI messed up the delivery. They often do. This left me without threshold plate and delays to getting the carpet fitted. Neil from Ambience was great. He contacted EVRI, got fobbed off and just sent me a replacement. Better still, unprompted he changed the delivery agent to DPD. 2 days later I have my threshold plate and don't have to put off the carpet fitters
