ومن الملاحظات سياسة الضمان في الموقع غريبه جداً (غير واضحه) هل تخضع للنظام وزارة التجارة أم لهم نظام مستقل؟
Very bad and terrible service
Guys beware that Amazon SA guys don't know how to get their orders tracked and expedite the stuck deliveries (especially for items shipped from other countries). They just wait and keep watching for the dealers to ship the items to them at the cost of customer's time, money and patience.
For a laptop order on Amazon.sa website, I had opted and paid for global priority delivery which is 2-4 business days as I had some very important work to be done using the laptop. Order was placed on 22nd Jan 2022, expected to reach in 2-4 business days as per global priority delivery. The delivery dates kept changing from 27th Jan to 1st Feb, 10th Feb and then to 13th Feb. I kept chasing the customer support over chat n no. of times but after listening to whole story, they won't have any answer except for apologies and their support connection keeps dropping when they see customer is irate and new executive will connect and you have to repeat whole story (although they can check previous chat). My order hasn't reached me yet as of 03rd Feb 2022 and I had experienced terrible loss of my work for which I had ordered the laptop. The Amazon SA guys still are chill and I dont see any action from their side. Its the customer who has to chase them everyday. My money has also gone for laptop order, as they said, if I cancel the order now, then only after laptop has reached me and I refuse to take it, they will initiate return back process with the dealer which would take sweet month's time and then only the refund process will get initiated. So, at this stage I am not able to cancel the order too and just get annoyed and wait for the order to get delivered as my money will be stuck if I cancel the order now (I am saying this as I am still waiting for refund of my other order). After this terrible experience with Amazon SA, I won't be ordering any more items with them.
Amazon SA - please don't display items that you cannot deliver as per the information that you post in your site and later cause problem to customers. Dont push the customers to deal/contact the shipping company as I have placed order with you and not the shipment company. Its your responsibility to get the items cleared with govt/shipment company and deliver to customer.
With this daily chasing and poor service, I got so much stressed that I dont want any item from Amazon now. I cannot take my money back and buy new item as Amazon informed me that only after the order returns US, they will initiate refund. My money is stuck with Amazon until then as the guys are not cancelling the order now. For my other order of a mouse also, they haven't refunded me yet though I kept chasing their support many time. Its a loss of my money, time n energy to have shopped on Amazon. Pissed off!

We are a very disappointed to deal with Amazon.sa Website, and we highly recommended to be careful before buy or make any deal with them, and they will send you on your email address discount coupons which doesn’t works, and when contact them by phone you will find a very bad and horrible representatives and they will makes your order much complicated, and you will get nothing. In the end, do not wasted your money and time with them and get nothing!

I would give minus stars if I could, I cancelled my account 3 months ago and now they have started taking money off my account, you phone their customer service team who are in Phillipines and can't speak proper English and are beyond rude! I have had to call my bank (thank goodness FNB have a 24hr call centre) to report/flag the payment and have had to cancel my bank card which puts me out- pathetic service! Get your account teams heads out of their backsides!!!

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED
Most if not all product are overpriced by 100-300% and sometimes even more. Don't be fooled by the seller's listings, its a scam. Look elsewhere.

Disappointing experience
Awful experience. The sellers would randomly change delivery status, cancel orders weeks after delivery due date, or ships the item way past delivery due date.
Don't waste your time and money with…
Don't waste your time and money with these guys. Their delivery partner qexpress will never deliver. They will keep changing the status of the order. Go to Noon. They have their own delivery vehicles and the order will always come on time. Amazon.sa is not like amazon.com in USA. Over here they have a highly untrained, unprofessional staff who would care less what an order means to a customer.

I had my worst online shopping experience with Amazon.sa..
PS5 is extinct of the market and official retailers drop few quantities in random times. Amazon.sa drop rate was Very low and it was extremely hard to find one. I went there on their product page everyday, refreshed ps5 page every ten minutes or so, and the miracle happened.. Around 10 AM in 30th of November I ordered a PS5, after literally 2 weeks of refreshing, the product was dropped before and I missed it by seconds a lot.
HERE'S WHERE AMAZON SA SHOWED HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE.. The order was supposed to arrive at 3rd of December. I waited patently. at the day of arrival My phone was right next to me and I was home all day, the console never arrived. NOT ONLY THAT, AMAZON SHOWED ME THERE WAS A DELIVERY ATTEMPT WHILE THERE WASN'T!
They contacted me next day and told me I will get my order on the day after that, 5th of December. The day has come, and again, they never delivered. At this day, I was keeping track of my shipment via Amazon's QExpress shipping company, the order was constantly changed from "ready for shipment" to "out for delivery" to "no response from customer" to "ready for shipment". I notified Amazon about this suspicious actions on my order and they just told me don't worry, sadly I didn't.
Next day the delivery page said the order will be delivered by 8 PM. Cool, I went to work in morning and on my way home (2 Pm) shipping called me for delivery, I asked them kindly to wait a while since I was out. Few minutes later, MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE "CUSTOMER REJECTED ORDER"!!! OH MY GOD!!
HERE'S THE SECOND WORST THING THAT HAPPENED WITH ME, Amazon's customer service. I informed them about all that I've mentioned, their response was: "we're sorry for this incident, but the product has returned to the seller. PLEASE RE-ORDER". Yes, You read it right. THEY TOLD ME TO RE-ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK AND TOOK ME 2 WEEKS OF REFRESHING TO GET IT. WITH ALL COLDNESS THEIR CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE TOLD ME REORDER!
I literally contacted them 20 minutes after I was informed the order is canceled. No way on earth it could have arrived to their warehouses that quick. The seller was Amazon itself and the order was Amazon fulfilled. I'm 100% sure they could have provided me more help.. Amazon's policy of delivery says that the order gets canceled after 3 consecutive failed delivery attempts which I'm no way eligible for cancelation. Their customer service never heard me, never heard my arguments, they just copied and pasted the same talk, "sorry, re-order.", I offered them I will go to pick it up myself, they refused. I asked if they don't have a clear reason of cancelation then they should compensate me with another ps5 at the same price, they refused. In all words, they are not willing to help you.
I've never been that disappointed after that much effort I've put to get this ps5. More disappointed that I was trusting such a "reputable" website. I should have known that Amazon Ksa is NOTHING RELATED IN TERMS OF QUALITY, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE like Amazon US and Amazon Europe. You shouldn't trust them with their delivery and you should buy anything worthy from them.
They took my time, they took my joy. I can't even have a smile on my face since I've read that cancelation message.
