With a huge sale on, and great customer service willing to make a deal, we were able to buy a really nice 7piece dining set that would have normally been outside our price range. Really grateful for Amart!

Super friendly and accommodating staff.

I visited Amart yesterday and ended up purchasing a gas lift bed frame and a memory foam mattress. I also spent some time looking at the 3-seater chaise lounges, although I didn't end up buying one this time.

Overall, I had a very positive shopping experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They went the extra mile in showing me different options, colours, price ranges, and explaining the practicality, styling, and features of various products. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, which made the experience enjoyable.

One suggestion I would make is around the sofa range. I noticed that many of the sofas on display were either 3+2 combinations or large modular suites, which can be a bit too big for smaller homes or young families. It may simply have been the available floor stock on the day I visited, but if not, I think Amart could benefit from offering a wider selection of compact sofas, smaller chaise lounges, and apartment-friendly furniture.

Other than that, everything was excellent. Great customer service, a good shopping experience, and I'm looking forward to receiving my new furniture. I would happily recommend Amart to others.

So when approached ; the shop manager ; was very furious, unprofessional; angry; not able to listen to the customer ; he was creating an impression that its the error from the customer kept on reinstating that what i say does not make a sense ;trying to cover their obvious mistake ;

The delivery service was really good. Very easy to track the arrival time by using the tracking app

Staff are great. They listen to what you want and are not pushy at all. The priduct we bought is great.
