Not student or Visa friendly, when I'm about to pay, I'm paying €161 and about 1.5% in service charge and fees, and to get a accommodation certificate for the embassy i still need to pay them a Seperate fee of over €50, Cancelation period is 2 months 2 months to arrival, given no room for flexible cancelation.

If you pay the monthly rent to the landlord through Aluni—even though you could pay it via bank transfer—you will be charged a POS fee because this is not a sale, but rather a rental brokerage service where the funds must be transferred to the landlord. You can avoid this fee by paying the rent via bank transfer, provided you have an account within the EU.
As for the accommodation certificate, it is an exceptional agency service for which a small fee is charged, just like any other administrative service provider.
