We needed to organise the order of service for our mother's funeral and after looking at various companies online, we chose 'A Loving Tribute'. They had a beautiful range of designs and it was really easy to select a template and create the design. As we needed the booklets printed quickly, we were able to speak to Sam who kindly finalised the design within minutes and was able to print and send the booklets the same day! The entire process was so simple and straightforward. When the booklets arrived the next day, we were delighted with the beautiful colours of the wildflower design, and the excellent quality of the card. It made them look and feel really special. We had a beautiful poem on the inside page of the booklet which looked so beautiful that guests were able to keep this as a keepsake following the funeral service. A great company that provides support at a very difficult time.

Very good service from this company. I put in an order for funeral orders of service late after hours on Thursday and I received the completed orders on Saturday morning. Everything was exactly as I had specified and the paper was good quality. Highly recommended.

My only quibble would be that I found designing the document on the website to be quite tricky because I already had the text in a word document and there was very limited functionality to match formatting,so it was quite time-consuming to quite to paste all the text in and get the formatting right.

That said, once it was done it looked good, and the finished product was worth the effort.

What can I say except a wonderful service , thank you Anna for your patience, after several alterations and lots of help from Anna I managed to complete my order.

I found the website via Google. After a few mishaps I found the site easy to use. After 7 drafts as the music kept being changed by my family I sent in my order late afternoon. Three hours later the family wanted to change the music again! I told them we would have to do another order. As we had to check that the funeral director had the music I didn’t send the new order. The next morning I phoned Sam at Loving Tribute and asked if it was possible to stop my first order. Fortunately, it had not gone to the printer and he told me to send in my amendment as I had already paid. This was good news and I quickly sent off the amendment but made a typo in the address. Later Sam enquired about my amendment which was lucky as I was able to reply with my amendment. Sam kept me informed and sent me a proof for confirmation for printing. Had Sam not got back to me I would’ve waited in vain. Excellent service from Sam.

I’d like to thank Sophie for all her help. I had a million questions and am probably on the worst customer list but Sophie relief quickly and professional and didn’t just go the extra mile, she went the extra million miles. Sophie made a difficult time so much easier, so thank you.
The website was a little fiddly to navigate but the excellent service made up for that.

As our Funeral Directors were unable to make the order of services, we were advised to use A loving Tribute through The Printed Word company. The web page is easy to navigate around. So many lovely order of services to choose from. You have a template which you are able to make the service personal to requirements. The printed word guys are so helpful, they made the process a happy one. I would recommend this service to any one!

The quality of the product and the kind and helpful staff were definitely 5 star. Where we did struggle was with making the order of service. Despite using a laptop the actual order of service and writing was so small and when we enlarged it we could only manage to enlarge the middle if it, not the top and bottom which was rather frustrating.

This company were fantastic, I initially called them to discuss order if service for my nans funeral, I decided to give the design a go myself, the company then kindly checked it all over and made a couple of adjustments to make sure it was perfect.
They were then hand delivered to me in 3 days.
Emails to update along the way aswell.

Excellent. I was under tremendous pressure to get finalised an order of service for my Mum’s funeral and Sam was nothing short of amazing in helping me deal with this. I’m a little challenged with technology but their software to create funeral stationary was intuitive and responsive. But when I needed help it was there. When I added at the last minute additional items which I really wanted to make my Mum’s funeral complete, but was worried I wouldn’t have enough time, nothing was too much trouble for Sam. Everything I wanted was sorted for me. Also, delivery was as promised and the quality top notch. I can’t praise this company, and Sam in particular, enough. Would definitely recommend ‘A Loving Tribute’ for your funeral stationery.

As a Funeral Director, one of our services is to create an Order of Service booklet. A Loving Tribute is perfect for us with the templates they offer, meaning I can create the booklet and make amendments as I wish, as opposed to communicating back and fourth with a design team. However, if there is something a little technical I am unable to achieve, or want to create a special design outside of the templates offered, Sam and the team do not hesitate to assist. They are always attentive and appreciate the short time scale we work towards, with high attention to detail.
