Overall good experience
Good price, pretty helpful reps and fairly quick turn around. Had to source caps elsewhere which took our prices quite a bit higher. Was willing to wait but they said they couldn’t tell me when they’d get more hats. Would use again.

Experience was terrible
Experience was terrible. Promises made but never kept. Packaging was very bad. Didn’t not keep delivery schedule.
It is more than that. I was told I would credited 25% of my order. I then asked for additional jerseys as oppose to a credit.
Still waiting on those additional jerseys.

You purchased blank uniforms from our website, and blank uniforms usually ship same business day. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was experiencing shipping delays that week due to system outages, and the order shipped out 2 days late. Ground shipping took 2 business days, so you received the order withing 4 business day. The shipping method you opted for was ground, which can take 1-5 business days.
I show you called our office on 9/16 and said 2 items were missing from your order. We immediately shipped the missing items that same day via overnight shipping. Those items arrived to you on 9/17 according to UPS tracking information.
Again, sorry you had a bad experience, but we worked to fulfill your order as quickly as we could.
Update -
We offered a 25% discount for the delay in the shipment and additional jerseys were requested in lieu of discount. We agreed and sent an email out asking for specific quantities/sizes, and didn't receive a response to the last email request. I have followed up with a personal email to get this resolved.

Great customer service; responsive and attentive. Very pleased with basketball uniforms’ quality and price. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

They made it pretty easy, were very patient working with me as a first time buyer, and unlike many online sellers, actually worked like they wanted my business. Quality of the A4 youth baseball pants is quite superior to the higher priced pants by the big names. Had samples sent to examine, and All Sports Uniforms gave us full credit for those we returned! We will let other clubs know about All Sports Uniforms for sure!

Good customer service. Fast response. Good attention to details. I know this is out of their control but I've had issues with inventory of the uniforms I've wanted to order the past two years. Makes me look around. Price is exceptional though.

I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased
I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with the process from start to finish. Since I was ordering within a short time frame, I placed my order by phone and received truly helpful advice throughout the call. The uniforms themselves arrived exactly when promised, were of even better quality than I had expected. I’ll definitely order from All Sports again and recommend it without reservation.
