Good product but small ordering issue
Items arrived well packaged as usual.
I ordered a mix of flavours as instructed but then received an email checking my order as the comment regarding a mix does not get through to Sales. My two previous orders were incorrect. Thanks to Lucy for checking with me but I will telephone in my order in future.

Lots of review requests but still no sign of the product!
I have received two email requests for reviews yet zero updates on my actual order. You’re asking me to review an item that is still in your warehouse! I suggest you alter your defaults so that review requests don’t arrive until the customer has had a chance to try the product

The order sent was different from what was ordered online.
The order sent was different from that ordered online because the order form cannot accept more than 1-off an item with different flavours. A separate note is required elsewhere for flavour quantities. This note was missed by the picker.
This has now happened with 2 separate orders and had to be rectified with calls to company.

They're was an issues with me not receiving notification of my order received or shipped.
This was acknowledged and rectified within 24hrs of my query, without any fuss.
