Allied Surveyors Scotland Omdömen

Greg came out quickly and accommodated my schedule , was friendly and personable as I needed to sell an estate house. He explained the whole process and kept me informed throughout the survey and after as to next steps.

Report was drafted within the day. He was honest and professional and I was happy with survey results and wording of the report .

He has a good working relationship with my estate agent ( Kelly's )
I would use Greg and Allied again.

Thank you again Greg

Ben was brilliant and captured all the information on the property in his report. Very professional and efficient.

A very professional and efficient service from the very start of our enquiry - response, survey and report all dealt with very quickly and very easy to deal with

From start to finish I was impressed by the organisation apparent in the Perth office. The survey date was quickly arranged and the surveyor, Mr Mark Hall, arrived exactly on time. He listened attentively to further information I provided and overall his work during the survey was thorough and detailed and his manner was professional and friendly. The Home Report was delivered a few days later and approved through OneSurvey.org. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommend them to others.

Mark & Ryan were lovely. Sharri was so kind and helpful on the phone when I had a problem.

We contacted the inverness office to get our home report done. Keith campbell was the gentleman that attended my house. i have to say, a big thank you to him. he was so attentive from start to finish and a great service we received. we will be recommending allied to other friends in the future. all the best Neil.

Professional service from David Gibson. Total confidence in this company to provide an honest and reliable home report and valuation. Highly recommend.

The surveyor Kevin Hughes was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
He arrived on time to both properties being sold and carried out his survey and valuation with the minimum of fuss.
Would strongly recommend this company and Kevin. Top job!

Mark was friendly and answered all the questions we had.
Home report was emailed to us the next day which was great.

BUYER BEWARE. If you go to view a property and allied have done the survey, completely ignore it and do your own assessment. We have lost out out on a lot of money and had to do a lot of repairs as we put faith in their report. They had the windows down as 1, when there was clear evidence of rot on the outside and inside. They also had the roof down as a 1 even though there were slates missing and visible cracks. Not only that but the soffit was clearly rotten, you could see how bad it was from two streets away. i would attach photos if i could. DO NOT PUT ANY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY.

We used Allied Surveyors to help us value our late mum's estate. They were so considerate and professional and patient. Big shout out to Euan. Thank you!

Superior service from start to finish. From the moment I booked the survey to the moment I received the report. Greg was excellent from start to finish. Extremely polite and knowledgeable.

He was extremely thorough and was flexible with when he could be available to meet my schedule. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone!

Very swift, responsive and fairly priced service. Quality of the report appears excellent.

From start to finish the service we received was professional, timely and carried out in such a considerate way.

Keith (Inverness office) undertook a thorough review of the property and produced a comprehensive report in a couple of days, which I appreciate isn't straight forward for a property built in the 1860's.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again.

A home report that never picked up massive flaws with windows and doors in the property we purchased. Company very unhelpful and dismissive of complaint ,in fact pointed out that I should have been grateful getting the house at the price I did as though to excuse their poor service. If home report is done by this company I would advise you check everything thoroughly. Hamilton branch were used. I did in fact contact allied they replied helpful at first then denied all liability so their response to this is pretty useless but good try.

Very professional and patient, I am terrible at remembering to do things but they were patient as ever. When doing it very quick and easy. Would use again in future

Excellent service from Kevin, recieved the draft home report less than 48 hours after, would definitely recommend.

Allied Surveyors Scotland provided clear and balanced advice and kept me up to date with developments regarding any parties interested in renting my office space.

We have been working with Allied Surveyors for many years and are very happy with the service and the results they get. 100% recomend them.

Great communication and quick turn around.
