Please contact us on admin@alibongo.co.uk so we can establish which grinder you purchased. There are many non genuine products sold on Amazon, we would be keen to know so we can look into this for you.

USA customers may not be aware of this great online resource.
When I go online to look for cannabis seeds they have the best pricing, very large number of reputable seed banks to choose from, website is brilliant and easy to navigate. Most importantly to me... Ali Bongo seeds is the only seed bank where I found everything I wanted this year. Trying to get the word out to people so they stop wasting their time someplace else. I guarantee you will agree once you've spent 5 minutes on their website. It's all here man Check it out.

Good delivery, good prices, but some counterfeit products
Was my main head shop due to their prices on bulk rolling papers, been using for a few years. Orders all received with no issues, packaged correctly etc. and they're NOT a scam website, but it's not been an entirely positive experience.
Their website is glacially slow and sometimes goes down while I'm trying to make an order, but the dealbreaker for me is that their no.1 grinders are fake. Very bad fakes, I noticed immediately before even opening it this morning. Not going to return it because the postage would be more than it's worth. If you don't care about counterfeit then Alibongo are probably reliable, but I find it extremely outrageous and don't want to support/endorse counterfeit products, so I'll be finding a new headshop soon.

Hi BN, thanks for your review. We can assure you that we do not sell any fake products. The grinder in question was originally released over 15 years back however the company that produced it went out of business many years ago. Since then the Grinder No1 has been produced by many companies. They are a budget grinder, however this is reflected in the price. As we can not see your full name or order number, please feel free to email us admin@alibongo.co.uk where we can look into this further for you. We have been in this industry for over 30 years, we have never knowingly sold any fake products, our reputation would not be what it is today if that was the case. Please feel free to reach out to us. We hope this puts your mind at rest.
Happy Customer
