I must agree with the people having a poor experience with these solicitors.

They don't provide any updates to you and then have a sarcastic (treating you like you are stupid) set of responses when you challenge why things are talking so long.

Was told on a call today that "I am not homeless so it isn't that bad." If that is the mark of whether a paying customer deserves good service then I think it says it all folks!

Pay more - go with someone better. I note loads of these positive reviews are from the people getting back handers from the referral process.
