Absolutely brilliant, personal service. I took my bracelet in to the Goring Road shop, to be mended after a link broke. After examination, the jeweller told me that he would advise replacing several links as they were showing signs of wear. I now have what looks like a brand new bracelet, repaired, cleaned and looking wonderful. I felt that these guys really care about their profession, and their customers, and they now have a customer for life!

Always a pleasure visiting this Jewlers. Lovely staff always friendly and willing to help! I took a bracelet in to be mended recently and they exceeded my expectations! Left it with them on a Saturday afternoon and Tues morning received a call to say it was ready to be collected and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! What a contrast to our visit last week to Annoushka - Bicester Village! And they had our business. Their products had good labels, not just prices, and when we asked questions as we don't know too much about certain products, the gentleman was very helpful in providing info to us. Definitely recommend Alexander Jewellers!

Very helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble and always have the time to discuss with you exactly what you are looking for. I ordered a platinum and diamond ring which had to be made, it is absolutely beautiful and I'm so happy with it. Thank you all so much.

Many thanks to staff at the Chichester branch for sorting out my favourite watch. Bought as a special 60th birthday present but hardly worn over the last few years, the winder broke. They sorted it out quickly without hesitation and I will now wear it more knowing that, if anything g happens, I can go to them for help.

Took my watch in to the Goring road branch to have strap altered in length. The male sales assistant said no problem. A female member of staff came back out and was so rude and just said ‘ We can’t do it ‘ like it was my fault. Would never go back. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Ordered a watch - wasn't the cheapest on the market however thought I would get a better service as they are uk based. Watch was supposed to arrive for a friends a birthday on 02/06 - this was 4 weeks from the date it was ordered. The watch actually arrived 07/07 a full month late! Furthermore the watch was supposed to come with a spare strap which wasn't delivered.

The team did not return a single phone call or email chasing up the order. On the plus side they did offer a refund - however failed to recognise this was not the solution to the problem!
