Nearly two months on, I am still waiting for my refund despite returning my order and sending everything requested.

I have had numerous email exchanges with customer service, but every response contradicts the last. One email says my refund has been processed, the next claims their refund system isn't working, and then they go back to asking for proof of return that has already been provided.

In an effort to resolve this, I even contacted the owner via LinkedIn, but received no response whatsoever. At this point, it feels as though every avenue to resolve this issue has been ignored.

The constant excuses and conflicting information have been incredibly frustrating. It feels as though they are simply delaying the process in the hope that customers will give up. Based on my experience, I have no confidence that this company intends to honour its refund obligations.

Do not purchase from this company. Unfortunately, I am clearly not the only customer to have experienced these kinds of issues, as can be seen from the many similar reviews posted by others. My experience has been nothing but stress, poor communication, and an unresolved refund that should have been dealt with weeks ago.

I bought a dress from them at the end of June and it’s now the start if August and still haven’t received a refund. AI generated response from email. I eventually got a reply from customer care saying they were having a problem with their refund system. I only got this response because I commented on their top 6 posts on social media. Please don’t buy with this company as the returns are terrible.

Placed my order, they took payment, received an order confirmation but nothing ever since. Emailed customer service several times but just get an AI response saying they don’t recognise any order with my email address. Waited on live chat for 55 mins to no avail also. Have contacted my bank today to raise a disputed transaction and get my money back thank the lord.
Oh and also their returns policy only guarantees a refund if the parcel is “UNOPENED”. Ridiculous.

I ordered a dress having read reviews and to my surprise it arrived within 7 days although the Medium I ordered was a perfect fit I would say a medium is a small as I expected to have a medium with a litle room - still quality great, and no issues at all.

Do not order from this company i sent back a dress at the start of July which they recieved 4th July costing £160.00 I have emailed them numerous times as still no refund 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst, maar deze werd niet binnen de aangegeven termijn verzonden. Nadat ik contact had opgenomen, kreeg ik te horen dat ik mijn geld binnen 3–5 werkdagen terug zou krijgen. Inmiddels is die termijn verstreken en heb ik nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Daarnaast wordt er helemaal niet meer gereageerd op mijn e-mails. Het gebrek aan communicatie en het niet nakomen van afspraken vind ik onacceptabel.

Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik deze webshop helaas niet aanbevelen. Ik hoop dat dit alsnog wordt opgelost, maar op dit moment ben ik zeer ontevreden over de service.

Returned a dress over two months ago and have sent probably over 10 emails asking for updates, to which I get generic AI responses. Considering their dresses are nearly £200 it's not a small amount to lose. I'm still not closer to getting a refund for this as I'm told ill be transferred to their "specialist" team and then hear nothing back.

I also received a FedEx charge of £80 through the post as they sent my dress from their US warehouse (I live in the UK). Nowhere on the website or on my order did it specify that it would be being sent from the US and may incur extra charges, if it had I would not have purchased from this company. Considering their name has London in the title and there's no mention of US shipping, this is extremely misleading. I have emailed them about this issue and being reimbursed for the charge but once again I'm just being sent generic responses and told my problem is being dealt with, when it isn't.

I truly believe this is a scam company and I am now £280 out of pocket.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is nonexistent and the only way I have been able to contact them is via email where I just get generic ai replies. I returned a dress in APRIL and I have still not had my refund despite following up every 2 weeks and promises of referring to a specialist for the matter to be resolved. Am now in the process of referring to trading standards as I do not believe they are operating in line with uk consumer law. Their dresses may be pretty, but if something goes wrong it’s a nightmare dealing with this company

Really bad experience of customer service. There return portal is not accepting my order number for some reason and they are not responsive. Not sure what to do

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit ALB äusserst enttäuschend.

Aufgrund eines Fehlers auf der Website wurde eine falsche Bestellung ausgelöst. Obwohl ich den Fehler sofort gemeldet habe, konnte die Bestellung nicht mehr storniert werden. Dadurch musste ich sowohl die Zollkosten als auch den Rückversand selbst bezahlen.

Auch die zweite, korrekte Bestellung musste ich retournieren (die Grössen fallen sehr klein aus bei den Kleidern). Der Rücksendeprozess war bei beiden Paketen extrem mühsam: Das Rücksendeportal funktionierte nicht, und ich erhielt mehrfach Links, die das Problem nicht lösten. Auf meine E-Mails kamen überwiegend automatisierte Antworten über einen KI-Chatbot, ohne dass mein Anliegen tatsächlich geklärt wurde.

Bis heute warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung und werde immer wieder vertröstet (Überlastung im Lager..)

Würde nie wieder dort bestellen! SCAM

Order arrived 2 weeks late. Dress received requires small steps. My friend does not make huge steps with huge force, and the dress ripped along the cut with no effort. Really poor stitch quality

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a dress in May, which was advertised with a dispatch date of 7 June. After that date passed without any update, I had to chase them repeatedly across multiple channels just to get any response at all.

Every time I reached out myself, I received nothing but generic, copy-paste replies that completely failed to address my actual concern. First I was told it would be dispatched "this week" - only after chasing them again did they inform me it won't be sent until end of June. No proactive communication, no explanation, no apology, no accountability.

I ordered this dress specifically because of the advertised dispatch date, as I need it for a special occasion at the end of June. The dress is now completely useless to me if it arrives late. I have been misled from the start and strung along with false promises.

At this point, I seriously doubt that the dress will even be dispatched by end of June. Every deadline given to me has been missed without explanation, and I have every reason to believe I am simply being strung along with no intention of the order ever being fulfilled.

I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone - regardless of whether your order is time-sensitive or not. A shop that misleads customers about dispatch dates, fails to communicate proactively, and responds only with empty reassurances when chased is simply not trustworthy. Based on the comments I have also seen from other customers on their Instagram page, this appears to be a recurring issue and not an isolated case.

I will now be formally requesting the cancellation of my order and the termination of the purchase contract, and will be seeking a full refund of the amount paid.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress from them which I never received. When I reached out to the customer service two months ago all they could say is that they would transfer me to another team for a refund and that they would update me. Every time I email them there’s no update and no answer. They took my money, I have no dress, shit customer service so id say this is an absolute scam. Watch out!

I ordered a dress on 6 May for a holiday and it didn't arrive despite repeated unanswered emails and messages. I finally got hold of someone about 9 days ago and asked them to cancel my order which they said they would but 5 days later they dispatched it and its arrived today . I had to pay 78 euro custom charges even though I have to return it as it is too late. Now I am again trying to contact them to arrange a return but no-one is replying. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress from Alblondon at the end of February and never received it. Every two weeks when I contacted them asking for an update, they kept telling me that the order had been shipped, which was not true.
In April, after waiting for months, I requested a refund. Since then, they have repeatedly told me that the refund request is “being processed by the finance team,” but nothing has happened. Even after my lawyer contacted them by email, they continue sending the same response without actually resolving the issue.
Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. I do not recommend buying from this site.

Kontaktaufnahme unmöglich. Über den Chatbot, heißt es nur man wird and team weitergeleitet, passiert es halt einfach nicht.

Versand innerhalb von Europa von 2-3 Business Day, nach 8 Businesstagen liegt es angeblich immer noch in Internationalen FedEx Zentrum in Deutschland. 4 Tage keine Updates wo das Paket ist.

ACHTUNG ZOLL IN HÖHE VON 78,00 EURO FÄLLIG.
