Service department is absolutely dreadful - steer clear, especially if you have a warranty issue.
It took over 12 months to have the audio visual display unit in my car changed under warranty, despite it being agreed to when it completely failed.
It took intervention from Mitsubishi Head office, to eventually get the new unit installed. This was my second warranty issue to be fixed with a significant delay - previously I waited 10months for the seat to be repaired after the seam split.
Staff at the service desk are rude, abrupt and certainly not customer focused. They state that they will call you back, but never do.
Even contacting Phil Mance directly to discuss my problem did not receive a positive response.
What should have been a simple changeover turned into a stressful, anxious ordeal. I will go to another dealer for servicing now, where there is respect, honesty and customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
DONT take a chance at Alan Mance
