Akliz customer support has single-handedly helped me through many crashes and bugs due to Minecraft mods. They are extremely knowledgeable of anything related to server management and mechanics, and they always respond right away. Rather than Googling my problem for hours, I can just ask a rep for help and they almost always know the exact problem and how to mitigate it. I cannot recommend this service enough.

The team at Akliz offer great support when you need it, and quick too. As other reviews say: within 2 minutes you are talking to an actual person, with experience with the issue you are having.

Every time I have been in contact with them, they have solved the issue I was having with my server. Even though it was 3rd party plugins having issues. Shoutout to Calum :D

I was assisted by Calum who was great, as is my usual experience with Akliz servers! Sure, I could spend less elsewhere, but the customer service is absolutely top notch with these guys. My servers never have any real issue, and when it does it is usually user error. The help I get in chat is outstanding.

Having tried 3-4 different server hosting services before I can say without a doubt that Akliz is the very best. Not only do they have affordable packages but their Command Center is really intuitive and easy to master. When it comes to performance of the servers, they are on a whole other level. Super fast, as stable as it gets, easy to configure scheduled commands and tasks too. And the cherry on top is their professional and friendly chat assistance.
