Just got out of a 3-hour long chat with Calum who went above and beyond to help me when I was about to go crazy. Tried to contact another site with the same issue earlier and they were not very helpful, but Calum was helpful from the beginning, very clear, and was able to fix a lot of the issues that we were not able to figure out and even talked to us 20 minutes past closing until we finally got it work.

Calum helped me fix my server issues! ATM9 added Cromta solo leveling mod couldn't fix crash for days! Calum got it faster than the discords for both modpack and mod could!

The staff is amazing and super helpful. They are quick to respond and do everything within their power to resolve the issue. This is the best server hosting Ive ever used and Ive used a ton of different services. Im super happy I found them.

They have been stable, quite easy to use. Documentation has always been straight forward and easy to follow. Customer support is amazing, truly amazing.

This is literally the best server hosting you could imagine. I think that the web-dashboard could get some improvements but that didn't bother at all because the game server was almost flawless. But the best thing is probably their customer service. 100% (literally) satisfaction. Response time is literally like 20 seconds and helps with almost everything accordingly. Totally recommend!

This company, Akliz, is by far the best server provider that I've ever used. The server has never crashed, slowed down or experienced any other issues. When I've had questions their response has been quick, patient, and they stayed connected until I was able to accomplish what I was trying to do. Their step by step help pages are informative but sometimes I a live person works best and they have always been available.

Honestly I have had a few different server services in the past. Most were decent. But spotty customer support. Akliz has been stellar. There customer support is quick, extensive and they ALWAYS go above and beyond.

I have been a loyal member of Akliz for several years now, and while their game selection's a bit small for a server company, their service goes above and beyond. In particular Houston today was so amazing and understanding, that it made my week. Every other server company I have tried has been awful with customer service, and made me want to throw my keyboard across the room. Keep up the good work Akliz, and promote Houston! :-)

As someone who doesn't know much about computers or coding, and my first time hosting a server, let alone a modded server, he was great. I stayed with me for hours trying to make my server (which is very nostalgic and important to me) work. Give this man a raise.

i have found this today and had paid and started all my questions were answered by houston and he was amazing and very friendly i recommend hugely

My experience today was fantastic, the tech was quick to help out, and quick to help trouble shoot the problems we were having, their experience and tutelage were phenomenal, and helped to identify and fix a problem I had been trying to diagnose on my own for days. I honestly should have reached out to your staff from the start because I would have probably been back up and running on day one!

I engaged Akliz after having trouble running an All The Mods 9 minecraft server on 3 different hosting providers (vultr, nitrado, and hostinger) and finally reached out to Akliz. Houston got us setup with a great plan without upselling us. Then once it was up and running, he and the rest of the support team has been more responsive than any other customer support team I have interacted with. Helping us diagnosis all potential sources of lag in general and specific to our server so we can work together to get the best experience! If you are running an All The Mods 9 server use Akliz, don't waste your time or money on the others as it was cheaper and easier than the rest with unparalleled customer service!
